Not functioning
Beautiful design, but this watch arrived non-functional.
After a customs and FedEx nightmare, including customs duty, disbursement fees, additional entry fees, and a storage fee, after the shipment was delayed in customs. The tracking updates were unclear, and I was not properly informed in time that these fees were accruing. the watch was finally delivered and it does not run at all. The crown is not pulled out, there was no protective film or plastic stopper, and the watch arrived non-functional straight out of the box.
This is my second purchase from Nordgreen. My first experience 2 yrs ago was great and that ‘s why I ordered a second one. This time, the experience has been unacceptable. I’m still waiting to hear back from the company regarding a resolution.

Products as description but expensive international shipping
The products are according to the website's description. However, the international shipping was extremely expensive, looks like the package took a world tour, I am sure there are better and more affordable international shipping options.

Quality issues
These watches might look nice are of inferior quality - or there quality control does not work. When I bought the watch, the time adjustment wheel at the side fell off after half a year (and some of the display fell apart). They replaced the watch with the same problem happening again, but then claimed that their warranty does not cover the product, but only the first purchase. Bad quality and bad service. Looks nice, but is cheap inside. Shame on you guys: where has Scandinavian quality gone? And your service.....

Unsere zweite Nordgreen-Uhr
Das ist unsere zweite Nordgreen-Uhr. Sie haben ein wunderschönes Design und zeitlose Eleganz. Kleinigkeiten die man erst auf den zweiten Blick sieht machen sie zudem sehr wertig. Eine große Auswahl sn Armbändern kommt noch dazu. Die Verpackungen sind Kunstwerke für sich.

Ich hatte ein neues Mesh Armband für…
Ich hatte ein neues Mesh Armband für meine Uhr bestellt. Das siberne Armband ist sehr schön und von guter Qualität.
Die Sterne Abzug gibt es dafür, dass es das Armband nur in einer Länge gibt. Natürlich kann man es anpassen, aber bei meinem Frauenhandgelenk gibt es viel Überstand und die Schnalle sitzt seitlich statt unten. Das ist schade.

Easy process, ok quality for the price
The ordering process was easy and the delivery was as prompt as it usually is to Finland - a couple weeks. The leather watch strap fit well, was stiff at first but molded quickly to my wrist. However, the leather creased immediately and no amount of wax or polish will prevent this. It is still a bargain, but not made with high quality materials by any means. With this amount of creasing, it would probably last a couple years, max before needing a new strap. I won't be wearing the watch daily, so it's a non-issue for me.

Schwierige Problemlösung mit KI-Assistent
Mal abgesehen davon, dass von der ersten gekauften Uhr die Zeiger nicht gut synchronisiert waren, hat es 6 Mails mit dem KI-Assistenten gedauert, bis ich Kontakt zu einer echten Mitarbeiterin hatte. Diese war dann aber sehr hilfsbereit und hat unkompliziert eine neue Uhr zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider gab es die eigentliche Uhr dann nicht mehr.
