We got the payment you made today and have initiated a refund. Please allow a few bank days for the money to go back into your account.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (I WONDER IF IT IS A REAL COMPANY AND NOT A FAKE ONE).
I ORDERED AND PAYED A WATCH ONLINE 9 WORKING DAYS AGO (26/07) BECAUSE THEY CONFIRMED THAT IT TAKES 5-7 WORKING DAYS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE IT (ORDER NO:31884).
I SEND A MESSAGE LAST WEEK TO ASK ABOUT COURIER VOUCHER NUMBER IN ORDER TO TRACK IT DOWN BUT NO RESPONSE. I AM AFRAID I GOT SCAMMED AND MY MONEY IS GONE.
Update 9/8/2022 regarding Anytime answer to my review: You are LYING! You never answered back. Only ONCE , right after my order stating that my order was received and estimated delivery time was 5-7 working days. And you charged my card on the spot!
I challenge you to publish the mails you claim you send me.
Since then nothing , no answer.
Refund my card immediately please or I will sew you.
Potential buyers: Be extremely careful with this “company”.

My card was not charged after all (although initially charged it was cancelled) I am fine with that.
Regarding your answers to my e mails ( that I never got) please forward them again to my email so I can check the sent date. If you do so I will apologise in another update. If you won’t it means that I am right. Thanks).
PS: This watch was suppodsed to be a present and arrive in time. No information from your side created problems for me and made me feel exposed and unreliable)

We got your order on the 26-07-2022 14:06 and at 26-07-2022 16:01 it was cancelled, you got an e-mail with that information. When you wrote into customer service on the 04-08-2022 10:55 we wrote you back at 04-08-2022 13:42, that your order had been cancelled because the watch is discontinued. Today you again wrote into our customer service asking one more time of the status of your order, again we wrote you back within a few hours, stating that the order has been cancelled long time ago.
At no time has your VISA card been charged in the process and we have lifted the payment reservation 13 days ago.

We have no way of posting screenshots here and you would most likely claim that we "faked them". As mentioned we never charged your card, I suggest that you contact your bank. Then they would inform you that they have made the reservation on your card, but that it has since been lifted.
If your statements where true, which they are not, you could simply file a charge back with the bank. Consumers are always protected when buying online using a VISA or Mastercard.
E-mail copies has been sent to you.

der Kontakt mit Fr. Véronique Inizan von Anytime war durchweg sehr gut und auch die Reaktionszeit war innerhalb eines halben Tages gegeben. Die Uhr ist zügig geliefert worden und auch die angebotene Armbandanpassung hat ohne Verzögerung funktioniert - Anytime kann ich definitiv empfehlen und habe ich als Favorit bei mir für weitere Bestellungen gespeichert.
