Norawanders Arvostelua

These orthopedic shoes are incredible.

This is not UK based!!Dress arrived today after taking 4 weeks, eventually got tracking on my parcel and sure enough it was from China. The dress is not as advertised,it was a cheap tacky velvet,no pockets,no high neckline, certainly no flare.Tried to get in touch, but they don’t respond .Be warned, don’t use this site. They also offer payment for reviews.

I ordered shoes for a party at the weekend, seemed like they were going to be here in plenty of time, lots of positive messages to start but now radio silence for 5 days and no response to email. Disappointing but having read other reviews (after ordering) not surprising!

Awful service. Customer service are slow to reply and very unhelpful not mention the ridiculous time taken for delivery with price considered.

I love the clothes, ordered a jacket which I’m excited to get. Hopefully I will order more. It’s easy to navigate and I’m a new customer. Bit of a shame I was offered a 50% refund for a review of this company for a jacket I haven’t received yet.

I remain open minded. If my jacket doesn’t arrive I will be very very happy to write another review - no need for the refund Norawanders. Let’s hope you deliver on your promise!

Massive scam … avoid at all costs. No customer service, no valid tracking numbers, no response to multiple emails. No product has arrived. Reclaiming via my credit card company.

Very good thanks

Ordered online, quick and easy order and payment, very pleased

This company advertised speedy dispatch from within the UK. But on dispatch you get a shipping link from China. I'm still waiting for my item. You also get a link bribing you for a partial refund if you leave a good review. So many consumer laws being broken here.

Stay way clear. Do not buy anything. I ordered two jackets. Badly made is understatement. The material was micro fibre same as cleaning cloths. No hems just overlocking. Absolutely disgusting. They need to be shut down especially when it uses Harrogate in its name. It don’t tell you it’s straight from china! And it states their office and shop is in Manchester. Massive warning here. It’s a scam!

The company has some excellent prices for customers and fantastic choices available to suit all budgets . A great shopping experience.

Easy buying process and looking forward to receiving the coat

They don’t reply to emails when I needed an exchange now stuck with boots that don’t fit….beware of this company

Rubbish shoes. Nothing like pictures. Send 5 emails so far & no response. Waste of money.

Easy website to use , confirmation by email confirming my order and telling me my boots are on their way, looking forward to receiving them

I ordered 2 longline zipped hoodies for wife, took nearly a month to receive them, when they eventually arrived they are of very poor quality, there isn't any zips in them, have emailed,no response, don't use company,it is a scam.

Easy to navigate through the page, choose, check and pay. The products are amazing, great quality and price. Easy to communicate through email. Amazing website

SHARP PRACTICE - I don't trust them. Do you wonder why this has 5* reviews? Just a minute after making my order, BEFORE I RECEIVE THE ITEM - I get an email:
Get a 50% back on your order!
Simply leave us a good review and as soon as we see your review, we'll give you back 50% on your order. ❤️
Who could resist that? Not many of us.

Its a scam website. I have already lost 35£ on this. I want to return their product owing to fitting issues but they have no mechanism for returns. The 30 day return policy mention on their website is a sham. Téléphone number given on website is fake. Emails arent responses. Beware and dont use it!!
