It’s a pretty decent product
It’s a pretty decent product and I did experience better sleep in the initial phase. However, during change of season things were not as good but that’s probably the season to blame rather than anything else.
I did also feel a change in energy the next day when I was taking the capsules.
Will know in the next few weeks how long the effect lasts after stopping it.

These wee miracle workers are amazing. 2 capsules a took daily. Made me feel calmer with a clearer head. Made me more focused and motivated. I started back running and done a few 10km and a half marathon. Made my work easier and I've started to enjoy going to my work. Im going to continue using nooroots products because they work

Ashwagandha & rhodiola rosea supplement
I have been testing the Nooroots ashwagandha and rhodiola rosea for 8 weeks. They are easy to take each morning, and I have felt calmer and much more up beat and happy than I have for a long time. I have also found I have better focus. I have nearly finished the pack, so need to order some more.

Good
I was given the opportunity to try the ashwaganda and lions mane supplements. They did improve my sleep quality, mental clarity and brain fog, but like others have said, with prolonged use over the course of a couple of months, the difference it was making did drop off a little but I’d say this was more due to it getting into my system and levelling off rather than stopping working. I still take them and plan to buy more alongside other supplements I already take.

I was given the chance to trial Ashwagandha and Lion’s Mane supplements for 8 weeks and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. Happily surprised with the results!
I was lucky enough to be given an opportunity to try the nooroots Ashwagandha and Lion’s Mane capsules. When I first started to take these I didn't expect much of a difference. But after 2 weeks my head started to feel clearer, more focused and less tired. This was great because I often have brain fog due to fibromyalgia.

Consistency is key
I feel like I need longer to take them as I have a bad habit with consistency and missing days but I definitely do feel my motivation and concentration improved since starting to take these. I suffer greatly with anxiety and struggle to get to sleep or sleep through the night but since starting these that has also improved which means I’m a little fresher in the morning and can start my day off a bit more positively.
