Nook Saunas UK Arvostelua

Just had a Nook two person sauna installed today and came home from work and had my first sauna.
The sauna itself looks very well built and looks great in my room.
Jack and the team were courteous and professional and explained everything perfectly.
After testing the sauna I'm over the moon with it , it heated up quickly and maintained a great temperature, the Bluetooth speakers are good quality sounding great and there is plenty of room for two people.

I highly recommend Nook saunas, and would like to send a massive thank you to the team and service they provided, thanks Jim.

Following on from my 3rd October review, a replacement sauna was opted for instead as hopefully a means of addressing the issue, one of the elite models.

I noticed the same temperature issue with plenty of time to warm up but then it would just fluctuate between 61 and 65 holding 65 maybe 5 % of the time.

I subsequently noticed the glass door is unable to sit correctly in the frame, whilst the magnet seals shut/clicks at the top and you think it’s closed, there is a 1cm plus gap at the bottom of the door where the bottom part can’t shut / seal with the lower magnet thus letting in air.

I’d like to be able to write something more positive as everyone else’s seems to be…

I’ve let the company know and will see what happen from here.

Not sure why I haven't had one before now. Sauna is just stunning and the chaps who delivered and set up were a lovely pair. Had my first session and its amazing so hot and feel my joints grateful for the warmth. Husband and older teens loving it too

We recently had our sauna installed by Henry and Johno, and we honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. From the moment they arrived, they brought such warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness that it immediately set the tone for the whole experience. They treated our home and project with so much care and respect, taking the time to make sure every detail was just right.

What really stood out was how thoughtful and considerate they were throughout the installation — always checking in with us, explaining what they were doing, and making sure we were happy with every step. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much trouble. It’s so rare these days to meet people who take such pride in their work while also being such lovely, down-to-earth humans.

Beyond their skill and attention to detail, it was their attitude and energy that really made an impression. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly cared about doing the job to the highest standard. By the time the sauna was finished, it honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to friends rather than contractors.

We found ourselves wishing every installation or service we ever needed could be overseen by Henry and Johno — that’s how great they were. They are truly lovely souls and an absolute credit to their team and the company they represent. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would.

Carl was so nice, efficient and knowledgable. And the sauna is so wonderful…looks great and feels great. Super quick installation. Great quality wood. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Whilst I did not hold on to the product, the company on the whole were very helpful.

Fantastic experience from start to finish - easy ordering process and then contact from Carl 3 days after to arrange installation.
No fuss on the day and Carl was great at helping go the extra mile to get installed to my desired location .
Really simple to ise and a great product.
Definitely recommended if your looking for a quality sauna

Carl came to install our sauna and did so very efficiently and quickly! We absolutely love the sauna and how it looks and how easy it is to use. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Very reliable service turned up when promised and installed very professionally

While I can’t yet review for the longevity of the product (it’s day one after all), I feel really obligated to review the service Nook - and in particular, Carl, in the South East of England have provided. It’s has been exceptional.

Ordering online was obviously a breeze and a week or so later, Carl contacted to arrange installation which at the time was way sooner than I expected. Unfortunately I was away on the initial date provided so all was rearranged with no bother and no caveats. Carl got in contact to give me an ETA the day before the rearranged date and arrived bang on time.

Installation was fantastic and fast, with Carl talking me through how to work the sauna and making sure it was positioned exactly where we wanted, while also taking away all the packaging and leaving the room spotless. I then received a text later in the afternoon checking in on the installation, which was a nice touch.

I used the sauna for the first time this evening and functionally, everything works exactly as described and I well and truly got my sweat on.

I did a lot of research on indoor sauna and companies that provided them before landing on Nook - I have to say, the initial experience has been excellent. Top, top customer service and a big high five to Carl!

After a short delay, the sauna was delivered and installed by a polite and helpful fitting team. We are delighted and would highly recommend.

I ordered a two-person Elite sauna, which was on time, and Carl and his colleague were amazing. The only issue was that we couldn’t get it into the building, so we had to reorder a one-person Elite. The delivery was scheduled for two weeks later. After a call with the team, Carl came again the next day and fitted the sauna. They are a very professional company, and Carl was very professional and such a nice guy. The sauna works like a dream. I will be recommending Nook.

Carl and his colleague were great! Arrived on time, super polite and efficient. Nice staff, great product 10/10.

Very happy, thank you team

Nook Saunas have been fantastic from start to finish. Within a week, I ordered a sauna, it was booked for delivery and installation well ahead of schedule. Great communication from the team throughout.

Carl and Billy arrived on time, and had the sauna all set up with an operations demo in a quick, tidy and friendly manner. Couldn’t ask for a better service or experience and would highly recommend Nook Saunas to everyone.

We have had an Elite three seater sauna for a month and are delighted with it.
The delivery and installation services was excellent, Jack and Henry who did the job were very efficient, friendly and helpful.
We would not hesitate to recommend Nook and have already done so to our friends and family.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the installation of our Nook Sauna. After extensive research into low EMF saunas and infrared technology, within our budget Nook Saunas stood out for its commitment to quality and efficiency. The craftsmanship is exceptional, featuring 100% Canadian Hemlock wood and high-performance carbon panels that deliver powerful heat while maintaining ultra-low EMF levels.

The installation process was seamless, thanks to the incredible team, especially Carl, the lead engineer. He kept us updated with delivery times and it came within a week, we were quoted a 3 week lead time. His wealth of knowledge and willingness to help made the experience even better. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of the sauna, ensuring we felt confident in our purchase. With its focus on quality and value, Nook Saunas truly stands out, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to create a personal wellbeing environment in their home for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Outstanding service from the fitters Henry and Carl. Excellent professional service, a pleasure to have them in our home. The installation process was so smooth and beautifully done, an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The nook elite is exceptional.. we have considered having a sauna in our home peloton studio for some time but until now have never found a unit that meets both the aesthetic and performance we wanted… Nook looks great and is so good from heat perspective… it’s an amazing unit.

Fantastic product, installation lads are fast and take all their empty boxes away with them, there is a delay with delivery's but well worth the wait 👍

Loving the Nook Sauna
Fantastic service easy set up and more importantly being able to have the advantage of using the sauna as and when I like - very warm, relaxing and soothing for my aches and pains
