Firstly!
I Would just like to say a big thank you to Thomas for being so prompt with responses and advice. I messed up when cleaning my Pot and pulled out the silicone ring that helps hold the glass jar in place. Little did I know it wouldn’t be able to go back in properly. I contacted Thomas via WhatsApp (very convenient may I add) who told me I wouldn’t be able to get it back inside the rim and that it also helps lock in the heat when processing so my Pot was now null and void 😖.
He then sent me another Noids Machine which came in the post quite quickly! My first I ordered through Amazon. Please don’t be like me and pull out the silicone ring. If it needs to be cleaned a wipe over is just fine 😂🤣. Thank you again and my new pot works perfectly! I have a magic butter machine that is now collecting dust thanks to this easy straight forward and high quality piece of tech! It also looks better may I add. Very sleek and small. It’s also not messy! I look forward to more from this company.

After postal damage and an undelivered…
After postal damage and an undelivered package, I was delighted with the customer service from noids. A new order was generated and I received my PBN in perfect condition with beautiful packaging as good as any apple product.
The pot was easy to use and I was impressed with design and quality of the build and finish. I achieved a superior end product than I have managed by far by using the PBN. Great product.

Top Service mit „Erinnerungsfunktion“
Wie gewünscht wurde ich vom NOIDS Kundenservice informiert, dass der Condenser nun auch für die früheren Pot by NOIDS verfügbar ist. Für Kunden die bereits einen Pot by NOIDS besitzen erhalten einen Gutscheincode und können somit den Condenser sehr günstig erwerben. Die Bestellung und Lieferung erfolgten wie immer problemlos.
