Love It

Excellent device.

Only thing that was lacking was any documentation or instructions for the newly added ethanol condenser.

But I absolutely love the Pot and have been using it even more frequently than I would have thought.

Het product is top, de manier hoe het verpakt en verzonden wordt is top, de instructies en gebruiksvriendelijkheid is top en de communicatie is top.
Dit apparaat had ik al jaren geleden moeten hebben, wat maakt dit het leven makkelijker.

it is now 74 days since they took a payment from me and i still have not received the item. They seem incapable of sorting out then problem. Very disappointed

Truly sorry that you still haven't received the package.
The presale was delayed due to chip shortage and the global logistics overload. We should have considered these factors beforehand, we are sorry that the order you placed at Oct 24 was shipped on Dec 20, 2020.

My colleague Thomas has been exchanging emails with you regarding the shipment delay and the courier problem. We have contacted DPD 4 times regarding your delivery address, they attempted to deliver for several times, still couldn't find the address. We are still waiting for their new update.

We have a 14-day free return policy, you can have a refund any time. If you still have trust in our product, we can send you another POT if you could provide us a different shipping address and allow us try again.

I have just sent you an email with the same proposal, please also check your spam box in case the email get filtered into it.

Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service and merchandise! Speed of delivery was breathtaking, communications were excellent at every stage, enquiries dealt with promptly and humanly, and best of all, when I broke the pipette entirely through my own clumsiness, they sent me a new one gratis, by return. Hugely impressive device to boot. Does an outstanding job, all by itself. Couple that with the customer service, and a fair price, and you have an unbeatable experience. Would unhesitatingly recommend to anyone. Just for the record, I was not paid, either in cash or in kind, for this review. Just a genuine enthusiast for a quality item.

I love this product

I love this product, it has saved my life. Machine is very easy to use, really quiet and not much of a smell. Can highly recommend, international delivery was so fast. Amazing customer service.

The machine arrived quickly and was very well packed so nothing was damaged. Good instruction manual and I really like how easy it us to change the settings accurately. I have the MBMand Ardent FX but this machine blows then out of the water. This is the absolute best.
