Best seller on whatnot
Every single order has been a dream: gorgeous, top-quality beauty products at prices you won't find anywhere else. I've picked up so many favourites, but Project Lip's plumper and balm and Summer Fridays have completely stolen my heart! 😍 Project Lip leaves my lips feeling so soft, full and gorgeous, and I genuinely can't go a day without it now. And Summer Fridays is pure luxury. Every product feels so nourishing and beautiful, and I'm totally obsessed. These brands are honestly the best, and my makeup bag has never looked better! 💋
But it's Nod herself who keeps me coming back. She pours her whole heart into her shows and goes above and beyond for every single person there. She's kind, generous, honest and so warm that you feel like you're hanging out with a friend rather than shopping. You can see how much she loves what she does, and that love shines through in everything. If you haven't joined one of her shows yet, you're missing out on the best seller and the loveliest community on Whatnot. Just be warned, once you join, you'll be hooked too!
Thank you, Nod, for always making my day brighter and every show such a joy. We love you so much! 💕✨

Hi Jayden,
What a fantastic review – thank you so much! To be described as reliable, trustworthy and reputable genuinely means an enormous amount to us, particularly from someone who has shopped with NODBEAUTY many times.
Transparency has always been incredibly important to us. We want our customers to know exactly what they’re purchasing, understand the products they’re buying and, where we can, get genuine advice rather than simply being sold something. Beauty should be exciting, but we also want our customers to feel confident in every purchase they make with us.
Knowing that you continue to come back and have been impressed time after time is the biggest compliment we could receive.
Thank you for your continued trust and support, Jayden. Here’s to many more NODBEAUTY orders!

A massive thank you to Nod and her team. Nodbeauty’s Whatnot live shows bring joy to my day, I love the community there. Nod is so lovely and helpful with any questions and requests, as are the mods. There is always new and exciting stock. I have received a few orders now and have a couple more to come. All have come within good time and been well packaged. Any giveaways have been full sized decent products which I’m very grateful for. Nod is so generous in her giveaways, helping smaller sellers and those starting out and even raising money for charity. Can’t wait to see what’s to come🩷 (sophlouell)

We’re so happy that our Whatnot lives bring a little bit of joy to your day. Over time they’ve become so much more than simply somewhere to shop; we’ve built such a brilliant community where people can chat, laugh, discover new products and enjoy being part of something together. Hearing that you feel part of that community means everything to us.
We’re also delighted that you’ve been happy with your orders, packaging and giveaways. We love being generous with our giveaways and making them genuinely worth winning – there’s nothing better than someone receiving a little unexpected treat!
Thank you as well for recognising our work supporting smaller sellers and raising money for charity. Being able to use the platform we’ve built to help others is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Hi Chloe,
Wow. What an incredibly thoughtful review – thank you so much! Reading this genuinely means more to us than we can put into words.
NODBEAUTY has always been built around bringing our customers amazing beauty, exciting products and fantastic value, but we’ve always wanted the experience surrounding those products to be just as important. Knowing that you notice the care that goes into what we do, from the products themselves to customer service and the overall experience, is such a huge compliment.
As a small independent business, every order genuinely matters. There are real people behind the screen packing orders, sourcing products, answering questions and working incredibly hard to keep growing NODBEAUTY, so reviews like yours never become “just another review” to us.
Thank you for supporting our business, recommending us to others and taking the time to write something so incredibly kind. And “5 stars are honestly not enough” might just have made our entire week!
We can’t wait to welcome you back for your next NODBEAUTY order.

I discovered NodBeauty completely by accident on Whatnot, and I’m so glad I did! 🥰
Since finding her, I’ve placed numerous orders and honestly, the prices are incredible for what you get! But it’s not just the amazing bargains that keep me coming back. Nod herself is such a genuinely lovely, kind-hearted person. ❤️
She gives honest reviews and opinions on the products she sells, which makes you feel like you’re getting a real and trustworthy recommendation rather than just being sold something.
Her lives have genuinely become part of my daily routine. There’s something so relaxing about sitting down with a cup of tea and a few biscuits, having a little chat and watching Nod do her thing! 😂☕🍪
I genuinely enjoy buying from NodBeauty, but even more than that, I love supporting such a wonderful person. You can really tell how much heart she puts into what she does.
If you haven’t discovered NodBeauty yet, you’re definitely missing out! 💕✨
Lots of love,

The fact you discovered NODBEAUTY completely by accident and have since placed numerous orders and made the lives part of your routine is honestly amazing to hear. Of course we love finding you incredible beauty and ridiculous bargains, but NODBEAUTY has grown into so much more than simply selling products.
We’ve always wanted our lives to feel like somewhere you can come in, have a chat, learn about products, have a laugh and never feel pressured into buying something just because we’re selling it. So hearing that you value the honest opinions and recommendations means an enormous amount.
And the thought of you settling down with your tea and biscuits ready for a NODBEAUTY live has absolutely made us smile!
Thank you for supporting the business, for continuing to come back and, most importantly, for being part of the community we’re building. Customers like you are what make those long lives worth every minute.

What an amazing seller
What an amazing seller! I cannot praise her enough. I bought a load of project lip stuff. Cannot wait to try it on. She is fantastic. Very genuine. On the whatnot app, during the live shows I won £20 and she transferred it to my account straight away. Although I don’t need more bits, but I will still be watching her lives as they are so entertaining. She does charity work too and helps smaller businesses. The woman is the Ms Rachel of make up and skin care!
Thank you again my freebies.

I won a competition in August last year…
I won a competition in August last year of £1000 worth of products and was announced as the winner, but never received my prize.
I’ve contacted the company numerous times and have repeatedly been promised parcels have been sent or I will get an update, but then never received any other response or tracking. My messages have been repeatedly ignored, and despite chasing this up for over a year , I still haven’t received a clear answer or any resolution.
As a returning customer, I’m particularly disappointed with how this has been handled. I’ve always supported the company, but this experience has unfortunately made me lose trust in them. I’ve also noticed I have been unfollowed on Instagram and the original competition post has been removed.
All I ever wanted was an honest response and the prize I was promised. I just don’t understand running a competition and announcing the winner but not sending anything.

Disappointed
Had a couple of good straightforward purchases but when she gets it wrong despite being quick to make promises to rectify she doesn’t fulfil those promises. I’m still waiting on a solution to their mistake at the beginning of July and it’s now end of August! 2 months is too long! Such a shame.
Not sure what is meant by unprompted! Empty promises and lack of communication is what has prompted this. But now via WhatNot a full refund has been made.
I’ve given whatnot all the info. I’ve been messaging Nod and there was never any suggestion that you couldn’t find the order. I will go back to Nod on Whatnot as I haven’t had a request for more info from you.
