No1 Lounges Arvostelua 

Excellent customer service - Jamie went out of her way to overcome every obstacle that got in our way and help me to make my parents trip to visit my sister overseas a special one. A huge thank you to Jamie.

We visited number 1 lounge terminal 3 Heathrow, as a family of 4.
We were there early for breakfast, there was no cooked breakfast at all which surprised us a little as we’ve never been to a lounge without cooked or hot food, it was mainly pastries and yogurts and a little fruit. The staff were nice and it seemed clean. Our boys were disappointed they couldn’t have a hot breakfast so we had to get them something else where. I think maybe the lunch menu would be better. But it was very limited on what you could have.

The patience and efficiency with which my issue was dealt with by Maisie Allman.I had some real frustration with booking via my priority pass but once I contacted Maisie she dealt with my concern with "super speed"/courtesy/and overall effectiveness. Thank you Maisie

Disgusting food is awful cold poor quality slops. Tinned fruit hard rolls warm milk ( that shoukd be cold ) hot food Luke warm . Manager does not want to know or care arrogant. Disabled jn wheel chair no seating and have to navigate plates and food up steps. Don't go awful

Used no1 Lounges today on my way to Turkey and the service was second to none. Lovely staff, Chilled Atmosphere, and good food. Thanks No1lounges 😊

We’ve used No1 Lounges for a number of years and have always been very pleased. Unfortunately this latest incident has left us with a bad taste.
We booked the No1 Lounge at Heathrow T3, in the Black Friday sale so received a very good discount. They have just announced that they are opening a Clubroom, and I emailed to ask if we could amend our booking and pay the difference. I got an email back telling us to cancel and rebook. I replied saying if we did this we would lose the discount, and this seems unfair. Needless to say they have just ignored me, and not bothered to reply. We won’t be using them again.
Update : Over a week since they said they were investigating and I haven’t heard back from them. I think that says it all!

I had an appalling experience at the No.1 Lounge, Birmingham Airport, which raises serious concerns about American Express Platinum and Priority Pass endorsing this establishment. Despite holding an AMEX Platinum card, my daughter and I were denied entry due to “capacity,” yet others were admitted immediately after us. Staff were dismissive and refused to provide a manager’s name when questioned.

After filing a complaint, Priority Pass conducted an “investigation” but refused to disclose any findings, citing GDPR—effectively shielding the lounge from accountability. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

If AMEX and Priority Pass genuinely care about customer experience, they must review their partnership with No.1 Lounge. Until then, don’t rely on this so-called benefit—it may mean nothing when you need it most.

Very disappointed. I booked the lounge at Heathrow before our flight to New York. Hoping to have some brunch and a drink. Firstly the lounge was so busy we couldn’t find a seat. Then the showers were out of order and a long queue for the toilets. And finally the food was grim. It had been obvious left out for ages. I managed to scrap together a blob of egg and a cold sausage. Not to mention the cr@p coffee from the machine. Never again.

Thank you team at Luton especially Val and Christian. You were under so much pressure during a very busy time.
You did a fabulous job and I enjoyed my first experience of the lounge.

Best lounge in Gatwick by far

I have used No1 Lounges many times and always found them to be spot on, this review is about the exceptionally great customer service provided by Maisie Allma. I spoke to her on the phone, and we continued comms via email to book my party into the Club Rooms Birmingham. I could not fault her in anyway. Always cheerful and answered promptly my many questions. I am booked and looking forward to attending the lounge, which I am sure will be a good as always. Thank you Maisie.

Tried emailing No1 lounges + telephone calls numerous times, left contact details + booking reference but still had no reply

Terrible company + service

I made a booking for me and my family on Monday. The site crashed whilst confirming my booking but the payment has been taken. I called and got through to someone who asked me to send an email with the information so it can be fixed. Since the original email I've left 3 voice mails and sent 3 follow up emails and I've only had 1 response asking what my flight time is and that's it. Extremely poor and disappointing service so far.

Not sure what they are like as they don't respond to contact messages. They provide an email, but after 2 weeks and a follow-up, no response.

Update 19 December: Still haven't got back to me and the promise of a Manager looking into it hasn't happened. Really poor.

We booked No1 Lounge Heathrow Terminal 3. We were greeted by Dennis the concierge who went out of his way to make us feel so welcome. My travel companions and I have never experience such a lovely experience in an airport lounge before and set up up for a lovely start to our holiday in Dubai. Thank you Dennis, we need more people like you in this world xxx

Gatwick. By far the worst airport lounge I’ve ever used. Staff were rude on arrival and even started slagging off the couple who arrived before us as they dared to try and get in with a reward card. Once we got in there were no tables left so had to wait to sit down. The cooked breakfast was limited overcooked and cold. The pastries must have been a couple of days old as they were rock hard. It was pretty grim for what we paid. The only good thing was the Prosecco was nice.

It was just O.k as we found a busy place with seating being very limited and the food being nothing more than basic. It was never the relaxed atmosphere we expected being advertised as The Lounge for a place to chill before a flight!
Last-minute customers looking for space added to the overflowing numbers to a full area. I doubt in high season the value on offer may never be found. Disappointing to say the least.

Awful service, staff with poor attitude, the lounge was dirty and the tables were not cleared. The choice of food was very limited and very unappetizing. I asked if there was a different choice of food and was told that the ONE dish on display was all there was. The advert for this lounge indicates "an enticing range of hot and cold food". That is not true!! I won't ever be using a No. 1 lounge again that is for sure!!!
