Amazing lounge!

I’m in the My Lounge, part of No1 Lounge at Luton.

Food, drink, setting and staff all fab. Particularly Ryan on the bar, Chloe who checked me in and then Jaimie in the office who helped me greatly before my arrival.

Really impressed and highly recommend.

Following the problems in the Middle East & cancelling of my holiday, I requested from lounge no1 if they would allow me to rebook.
They were excellent & issued a email reference to rebook latter.
I have now contacted them & they have rebooked me for next year,I I would like to say thank you to all at guest relations team especially Jamie b he has been prompt in returning my emails. Thank You

Always book the No1 Lounges at Gatwick Airport. The food selection and drink selections are always brilliant.

Even their admin team if you have a problem or query are always happy to help and are amazing.

Jaimie B helped me with a problem I had with my booking confirmation, issue was resolved within minutes.

Unable to honour a booking due a series road accident and closure no voucher offered just 10% off next visit which I already have being a frequent flyer regular customer felt very let down terrible way to treat loyal customers won’t be visiting ever again looks like on the reviews I am not the only one

Contacted No1 lounge via email to book our party of 4 into the lounge before our flight to Cyprus as we had a complimentary code to use. My Initial email took 48 hours to respond to, however further responses to emails after this were dealt with promptly and professionally by Jaimie.
Our booking was placed quickly and with ease and we look forward to our lounge experience soon. Thank you Jaimie for sorting out booking quickly and professionally, your help was much appreciated!

Booked their lounge for 3 July at Jersey Airport for £76. On arrival the lift was out of action and with my wife in a wheelchair we were unable to climb the multiple steps to use it through no fault of our own. Contacted No 1 for a refund and they have now agreed to refund me. Thank you Jaimie B

We booked No1 Lounge Gatwick North and what a disappointment.
Looking to escape the packed departures area we were shocked at the chaos of this overbooked, unclean mess.
Having hunted for a seat (and with people constantly arriving) it was clear this place is completely overbooked.
When we finally got seated we headed to the food to be presented with a lukewarm selection smaller than our own kitchen 😂. The usual buffet fun ensues with the mix of people seeing how much food they can fit on a side plate and people who find it acceptable to handle and cough over all the food whilst creating a total mess.
The carpets are dirty, the staff sadly look beaten and cannot even muster a smile.
The last lounge we tried was Escape at Bristol airport which was large, bright and clean with a reserved table, a good food selection and warm friendly staff.
Given the choice between the terminal or this lounge at Gatwick is a tough choice which for the price is sad. We tried Plaza Premium last time and that was almost as bad. It seems the sheer size of Gatwick means that they feel anything is acceptable so long as they have your money. A sad reflection of modern day cost vs service and quality.

I booked this lounge for 3 hours, only to be told when I arrived at the allotted time that I was too early. The 3 hours starts 3 hours before your flight is due to take off. Bearing in mind that you will generally be called for boarding an hour before take off, this only gives you two hours, and not the three I had paid for. The lady who dealt with me on reception was most unhelpful and frankly rude in her manner.
The website claims to serve a selection of beers, wines and spirits. This is simply not true. There was only one beer available, and one red and one white wine only. This is a long was from the information on the website.
Food was acceptable and the staff in the lounge, other than the receptionist we dealt with, were generally good.
I would not recommend No. 1 Lounge and won't be using them again.

I cannot fault No1 Lounges The service and food in all the airports that I have used are good quality and the experience is well worth the cost. More than that. The service from Head Office and in particular an agent by the name of Jaimie B could not have been more helpful. I lost all of my booking details due to a mistake of mine and Jaimie was able to quickly resend them with just the date and necessary security and identity check. Brilliant.

Poor service. Not enough staff. Queues and continually running out of things

A typically third rate British consumer experience. In spite of mentioning this for 5 years, you still have to drink an espresso from a mug - imagine that elsewhere in Europe…

Where might I get some toast? You can’t. Are there any biscuits? Nope.

Lounge full of portable a/c units - thank goodness it wasn’t a hot day.

Loud piped music.

And for £96 for two. A far shadow of a decent airline business class lounge.

Go elsewhere.
