Après un essai d’un mois QUE JE N’AI PAS SOUHAITÉ POURSUIVRE, je continue d’être débitée de 37,8o euros et ne parviens pas à annuler . No diet ne figure plus dans mes abonnements et cependant continue de me prélever ( prélèvement le 28/07)
Dépôt de plainte dès ce jour .
D’autres personnes sont manifestement dans le même cas, peut-on envisager une action commune?
Après publication de cet avis,j’ai été quotidiennement relancée par No Diet , de façon très contradictoire , 1) pour prétendre qu’ils ont retrouvé et vérifié mon dossier et que faute d’avoir bien lu toutes les innombrables clauses de leur contrat j’ai bien souscrit à un abonnement de longue durée - ce que je conteste absolument
2) pour me réclamer, pour un éventuel remboursement, les coordonnées de ce prétendu contrat et surtout celles de ma carte de crédit (sur laquelle ma banque a suspendu tout prélèvement ) . Et bien entendu , en fin de compte , on me déclare QUEJE NE SERAI PAS REMBOURSÉE car leur prétendu essai est en fait ( mais cela n’est évidemment pas signalé , sinon peut-être dans une clause minuscule de leur interminable contrat ) UN ENGAGEMENT POUR TROIS MOIS, voire plus: il se trouve que j’ai pu faire cesser les prélèvements au bout de trois mois … qu’aurait-ce été si je n’avais pas réagi à ce moment là? Peut-on faire la moindre confiance à un tel interlocuteur?
Quelqu’un a-t-il déjà obtenu remboursement ? J’en doute fort vu leurs pratiques mais serais intéressée de savoir comment !

Leider überhaupt nicht individuell angepasst. Man kann nur vorgeschlagene Rezepte in den eigenen Plan eingeben. Falls ich etwas abwandle oder ein eigenes Rezept nutze, ist es nicht möglich dies im eigenen Abnehmplan zu speichern. Vollkommen unbrauchbare app im Alltag.

J'ai voulu faire un essai d'un mois, mais mon compte bancaire a été débité les 2 mois suivants à 37.98 euros. Aucun remboursement n'a été possible. Faites attention avant de vous lancer avec cette application. J'ai eu des échanges mail sans succès. La réponse n'est pas adaptée puisque j'ai déjà pris contact avec le service réclamation en vain.
