I had a response to my initial review from no.diet asking me to submit my order number and the email associated with my account. I did this and here is the response from Nora.
'I’ve located your account and can confirm that your no.Diet subscription is already canceled. There will be no further renewals, and your access remains available until 2026-05-15.
Regarding the payment, refund requests for website purchases are considered only on a case-by-case basis when there is a product fault or delivery issue reported within 14 days, with detailed information and supporting proof. Based on the information currently available, I’m unable to approve a refund for this charge.'
I'm not sure why they wanted that information as the decision is the same ... NO REFUND!

MY INITIAL REVIEW ...
I signed up for this program and logged in and found the program too hard and detailed for me to navigate. I contacted customer service within a couple of hours of accessing the program asking them to cancel me. I heard back promptly from Nora saying she would cancel my subscription. I watched for my refund to come through and since I didn't see anything within a couple of days, I contacted Nora again. Her response was 'Regarding the payment, refunds are not automatically processed. For website purchases, refund requests may only be considered on a case-by-case basis if there was a product fault or a delivery issue reported within 14 days of purchase, with detailed information and visual proof.' I pursued the issue explaining that I found it too difficult to navigate the program. I received a response from Donovan saying ... ' 'Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund in this case. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless the product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side. Please note that uninstalling the app or not using it does not qualify as a technical issue.'
Although there wasn't a technical issue, I was well within the 14 days ... (it was only about 2 hours) but there was no grace given. Please beware of this if you sign up for this program.

Frustrating
The page wouldn't reload after it went to an empty page so I had to back out about three steps and redo those steps to finish my order. Quite frustrating.

Charges for services I didn’t order
I paid $19.99 and ordered the diet, but something happened in my life that I decided not to do it so I never opened the email. Then I see charges for 99.99 and 39.99 on PayPal and I disputed it and I lost because the company said it was for Counseling services but nobody ever called me. It’s a scam.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Terrible company! I ordered 30 day plan; same day and each day following, company sent several emails trying to upsell. Tired of all the emails, i contacted their support and requested cancellation and refund; they stated they dont give refunds even though program was not used! I should have read reviews….. many people claiming they cancelled and still got charged for several months! I will be watching and will send reviews to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and Attorney General. And it is fraud when you pay for something, cancel next day and didn’t get anything for it and they REFUSE to refund!
