I received unexpected charges of 79.98 for three months service that was an automatic renewal . I tried to cancel and after back and forth emails with them trying to offer me on line books as a courtesy, they simply refused to credit me the unauthorized charge , claiming that it was not their “policy” . Poor customer service and indifferent to customers . They are good at apologizing but the keep your money . NoDiet is simply No good to do business with . They fail on numerous levels . Stay away !

I marked a one star because that's the lowest I can go. Had to change my debit account number because they keep charging at a higher rate even though I canceled the subscription.
