No response when asked about an exchange for a smaller shoe size.
The ordering was easy, pick up was convenient for me, however when I gave them to my wife as a gift they were a little big. I emailed asking how I could exchange them for a half size smaller, NO RESPONSE. I emailed 2 days later saying I was going out if the country is there a way to do this before I leave ir after I get back, NO RESPONSE. They did however email me 3 times to take this survey. So im taking it!!!

Awesome shoes!!
I have purchased two pairs of shoes from Nix and Ness and I love them both! The shoes are high quality, really cute, comfy, and true to size. My orders shipped very quickly and were nicely packaged in the best shoe box I’ve ever seen.

I'm obsessed with my new Nix and Ness shoes! They are so stylish, comfortable and are a beautiful statement to wear out and tell others about! I look forward to wearing them for years to come!

Classy with a twist!
I recently won a shoe giveaway that Nix+Ness participated in! It was such a nice surprise and it was lovely to work with their staff to select my shoes. I chose the Sojourner Truth style - such a classic but with a twist of fun on the heel! They were delivered in a cute box with a nice handwritten note. The epitome of customer service! I would be happy to order from them in the future.
