Excellent service, wasn't too long after the order I received the bracelet, have noticed a change since wearing the bracelet due to health reasons and not being on edge all the time

The order took over 2 weeks to get delivered. Looks and feels extremely cheap. Waiting on a refund, although the communication is now nowhere to be seen..

I would give this trader zero stars if possible. Extremely slow shipping and no customer service response. BUYER BEWARE - AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
The website was supposedly a UK based web address, but goods appear to be on their way from China and company address is Stockholm!!!! Order was placed AND paid for 18 February, and still no sign of the order as at 31 March - and no meaningful tracking information.

Do not buy from this company, very poor customer service, purchased a menopause relief bracelet from them on the 2 February, all seemed well, tracking showed as arriving in UK using EVRI to deliver their goods. EVRI then informed me they couldn't find the package, after final confirmation I went back to WearFaye with all the information from EVRI, was told I would get a refund which never happened, then told that the the liability sits with EVRI which I disputed then was told I would get a replacement then a refund, being constantly mucked about with very little correspondence from them. Beginning to think that this company is a front for scamming people. Last email I had at the beginning of the week 23 Mar asked if I wanted a refund or replacement again I asked for a refund and have heard nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Update 30 Mar 26, refund has been issued however overall exceptionally poor customer service, my views have not changed.

Very poor customer service, shipping very slow, poor quality and not worth the price paid. Bought as a gift but will have to consider an alternative.

It was a good product and value for money, The only issue is it took a very long time to arraive.

Despite running out of stock and a delay in dispatching the item, the Customer Services and product were spot on. Quality is excellent and very reasonably priced.

Took a little longer to arrive than expected but when contacted the response was quick and helpful. Products were of good quality as expected.

Didn’t get my Item

Beautiful bracelet. The clasp is very hard to open, need 2 hands to release it. However, as I am not taken it off it means the charms are safe.
I am very happy with my purchase :)

They say dispatched with two days and delivery with ten days
Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced talk about snail mail
This company makes snail mail look like an express delivery service
I certainly wouldn’t be ordering anything else from this company again
I will comment on the necklace if I ever receive it that is

Do not order, I ordered something on the 4th of February and waited until the 22nd and still had no update, then they told me after hounding them on emails that I was only legible to get a 10% refund, absolutely ridiculous

one month since order. nothing received. promised within 10 days

Evri has not recieved order

very poor service. paid over £80 for this to celebrate my wifes birthday 2 weeks ago.
