Utterly Ridiculous; state that products are in stock and can be dispatched next day; only to recieve an email 3 days latter advising a different delivery date over 2 weeks away!

Take £100's for "in stock items" knowing full well they do not have it in stock.

Next day / Saturday delivery does not exist. I’m on day 4 & they still haven't despatched my order despite selecting next day Saturday delivery. Customer service is less than helpful & unwilling to speak to the warehouse. Manager call back is non existent too. Used nisbets for all of our catering chair supplies for our interiors business. Will no longer

On résume : Nous passons une commande que nous réglons intégralement, nous communiquons toutes les informations pour la livraison … dont visiblement il n'est tenu aucun compte, nous devons vous relancer par quatre fois avant d’apprendre après plus de 15 jours que le colis est revenu chez vous … cerise sur le gâteau, plutôt que de relancer la livraison correctement, vous annulez notre commande et nous faites un avoir !!! et nous demandez de recommencer !!!!!
Nous n’avons bien sur aucune assurance que vous saurez faire mieux la prochaine fois … pensez vous que cela nous donne envie de travailler avec vous ?

Ordered a Nespresso coffee machine online as it was £50 cheaper than Amazon, also 100 Dualit coffee pods as well. The machine came within 48hrs, the pods 48hrs after that, I was kept in touch by email all the way through and I also spoke to customer services who were very friendly, helpful and confirmed the delivery times. Nisbets customer service cannot be faulted.

Ordered items that were in stock for next day delivery. Out of 4 boxes only 1 arrived. The excuse was that 1 box left the warehouse at 9pm & the others at 11pm so despite them being picked by 1 person they went separately? They would've arrived well in time for delivery yet Parcelforce couldn't deliver?

J'ai commandé un frigo 600L il y a trois ans, au bout d'un peux plus d'un an le frigo me lâche évidemment un week-end sinon c'est pas marrant, le service après vente prends en charge la demande, m'envoie un technicien qui remet du gaz le lendemain il recommence a chauffer, là il me change le frigo, jusqu'ici correct.
Sauf qu'un an et demi plus tard même problème avec le "nouveau" frigo mais là plus de garantie donc intervention à mes frais. Tout ça pour dire que la qualité de leurs matériels est déplorable et vaut mieux parfois mieux mettre 500 ou 1000 euros de plus mais ne pas être embêté tous les ans avec des frigos qui tombent en panne.

It was nice and easy to place the order, but when i changed my mind the order was cancelled and money refunded immediately. Very good customer service and a nice, user friendly website

Personne au téléphone autaine et désagréable.

This company is a scam company

2 years ago I bought an Imperia Pasta Making Machine from this company via Amazon. Two weeks ago a part broke and I contacted Nisbets, via the Amazon site, reminding them that it had a 5 year guarantee and sending photos of the product and guarantee as indicated on the box. Within a couple of hours Joe from Nisbets contacted me with an apology for the inconvenience of the broken part and saying a prepaid label would be emailed to me for the return of the product. I received this within minutes; returned the machine the same day and provided a scan of the postage receipt. Again, within an hour I received acknowledgement from Nisbets that a new machine was now on its way to me via 24 hour tracked Parcel Force. I received the new machine the following day. I really cannot fault them. Brilliant customer service and wholly customer orientated. I do believe that stuff happens but what is important is how a company takes responsibility and deals with it. My experience tells me this company is very committed to customer satisfaction and I would recommend them. Thank you Nisbets!

j'ai passé commande sur le site, je n'ai pas reçu la confirmation par email. J'ai appelé le service client, une femme désagréable, pas du tout aimable me répond, "si j'ai le numéro de la référence c'est que j'ai bien reçu le mail de confirmation" sauf que j'ai noté la référence à la fin du paiement de ma commande. je ne recommande pas le site à fuir

Travelled into Dublin’s Moore St. from the outer suburbs to purchase white cotton waiter’s gloves as advertised on website. My first time in the shop. Security guy, before I’d finished asking question, shouted “Desk ! Desk ! “ violently gesturing. After a ten minute delay , told by ‘sales lady’ - “No ! we haven’t gor dem !”

Nisbets are absolutely hopeless when it comes to customer service and return, refund or replacement of damaged and missing goods.

Surtout ne jamais commander chez eux….produits de bas de chez bas de gamme.. Matériel déjà utilisé…Le pire il dise à vos frais le retour à votre charge... En ce qui me concerne, je ne peux que recommander la société NISBETS. J'ai effectué l'achat d'une machine à glaçons qui fut livrée parfaitement emballée et très rapidement. Je ne l'ai pas mise en service tout de suite car mon établissement n'était pas encore ouvert pour la saison. Mais dès sa première utilisation, un disfonctionnement de l'appareil est apparu. Je l'ai signalé à NISBETS et le service après-vente a été extrêmement réactif. La société a fait le nécessaire pour que je retourne sans frais l'appareil puis j'ai été remboursé immédiatement. Je dis bravo pour votre sens commercial et professionnel. Merci, je reviendrai vers vous pour un prochain achat.

Service catastrophique! D'une commande de 16 articles payés 13 sont annoncés expédiés, mais un seul est reçu. Fuyez ce marchand!

Don’t order online am awaiting for my refund for over 2 months!!
And this is not the first time .
The first time I returned the item and awaiting for refund for over 3 months I sent so many email but worst customers service.
The order was nearly 2.5k and that for a small business are lots money

Terrible service. Ordered a few items together. They came in dribs and drabs My last item still isnt here 6 weeks later. If you want something in a hurry forget about this company
