NipNip - Bike Servicing and Repairs - Borough Arvostelua 51

Had my bike (Laterite 3) serviced in the Tower Bridge shop. The guys were friendly and did a great job. My baby is riding quite smooth now.

I had an issue with my crank. Dan was very helpful and got the issue resolved quickly. Nothing but respect to Dan and all the Nip Nip employees.

Have used Nip Nip 2+ years, for my 2 bikes, excellent for servicing, super friendly, professional, reliable and fast. I just had a rear wheel puncture, cost for repair incl. new inner tube for £18. Sorted same morning. Great value. A well deserved 5 stars. Small companies like Nip Nip are doing remarkable things and truly make a difference. A big thank you.

Nip Nip folks saved me again. Popped in unannounced after being in a rush to get home to the kids (wife had been at a funeral, so was fairly stressed on arrival in shop) but had a serious issue with front wheel banging noise. Within seconds the staff stopped what they were doing, knew what the issue was and fixed it immediately and then wouldn’t take a penny for their work. Had a different bike brake issue a month or so ago and had another brilliant experience with a quick fix of my bike. The best bike repair shop in town. Thanks as always! I will be a loyal customer for life! 😀

Luckily for me, these guys are very close to where I live! Apart from the convenience though, they are always accommodating and friendly and don't judge me when I bring a bike in, in a complete state! Their turnaround time is impressive too, I'm never without a bike for very long - I'm always impressed with the staff here and will continue to use their services.

I arranged a mobile appointment with Nip Nip and the mechanic turned up to the appointment late and said he needed time to set up. I was asked to return in 20 minutes once he'd set up (which I did). However, when I returned the mechanic then said that he didn't have time to perform the service as he needed to service other bikes (notwithstanding that the appointment had been pre-booked). Very disappointing and I would not use this company again

Nip Nip were well represented at Ride London. They sorted the tension in my rear brakes - and stopped the saddle moving backwards & Forwards. They were friendly, expert - and I was gobsmacked to find there was no charge. I would certainly have paid for such excellent service - and I will certainly do so next time I need help with a bike. Nip Nip will be my first choice.

I just broke my crank the guys fix it for me with no fee. he said is small job no need fo charge and he done great job too

On very a quiet Friday morning I was cycling to work suddenly one of the pedals has come off. Luckily this has happened not to far from NipNip shop and Matt has kindly re-fitted the pedal and advised on maintenance work.
I m was very glad for his professional approach as prompt action leaving his other work on side.
Thanks to his help I was able to make to work on time.

I have used Nip Nip in Borough for several years. The service and the staff are always first class! Special mention to PJ who sorted me out with a new inner tube in double quick time!

These guys are great. My chain had broke, I was running late and very flustered and the guy (can't remember his name) was super helpful and calming. He did some quick wizardry with the chain set and sent me on my way (free of charge!). I will definitely be back - thank you!!

I stopped with a chain problem. The friendly nipnip guy fixed it within minutes, and threw in some advice on not using a worn cassette. Terrific. A massive thank you!

Saturday morning attend NipNip towerbridge, reporting a problem with my rear gear Ultegra 22. Could you have a look at it, Ted said sure. I didn't want to put him out, as it seemed to be only him there. Bike on stand, within a minute said, gears need indexing, and the cable seems to be faulty. He said give me 1 hrs. Returned, wow gears running like new. He changed cable, index gears, & even checked my front derailleur. Perfect & the bill was very good indeed. Fantastic work. Thank you Nip nip & the man himself Ted. :)

On my way home today, my bike was making a funny noise, I stopped by Nip nip on great Suffolk street, it was nearly closing time …the colleague Sean help me fix my bike and just like that the noise was gone, he was very kind and helpful and even took time to explain to me how to use the gears on my bike , as I have no idea and always leave my bike on same gears.. it was closing time Sean did not make me feel rushed or pressured seemed more than happy to help regardless of the time, I am super happy for his efficient help in solving my bike issue

Hard to award any stars really.
Booked online a service for 10 am the next day. Dropped my bike off at 8:45. Wasn't ready at 6pm.
Why does the website let you book specific slots if they are "too busy and working on a first come first served basis"?
Rubbish.
