I would give no stars if this was an option.
Terrible customer service and useless internal operations, will never use again.
I ordered a gift on Fri evening to be delivered by express delivery on Mon for a friend who was starting a new job to wish her luck. I inputted her address details but somehow during the order process this defaulted to my home address. I realised the error as soon as the order was placed and contacted customer service. I received 2 messages via the NIO AI customer service to confirm that the address change would be actioned.
The delivery address was not changed and I received the order instead and was informed that NIO would arrange collection of the gift and deliver it to my friend. The parcel was collected on Weds and I was refunded the cost of the order (I assumed as an apology for the error).
I heard nothing more and on Fri followed up to ask when the item would be delivered to my friend only to be told that the order has been cancelled and they told me to order again. NO WAY WILL I EVER ORDER FROM NIO AGAIN and strongly recommend that you don't either

Great customer service

Very quick responses to emails and amazingly fast delivery. Only negatives were that immediately after ordering I asked for a note to be included which they assured me would be done however this was not the case. I did receive an email apologising for this. The other issue was whilst ordering I needed to spend another £1 for free delivery, I tried to order the gift wrap but this was only available for boxes of 9 and showing as 'sold out' for boxes of 6.
I did proceed to checkout willing to pay the delivery charge and was then given a discount which covered it which was a bonus.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company in the future.

I buy these as a treat for my daughter - she loves them - I also pop them in with birthday cards for friends, everyone who has had them seems to approve! And delivery is excellent.

I've really enjoyed receiving these cocktails as a gift but I've twice placed an order now as gifts for friends (this time for the Celebration Box and Bestseller Box) and due to plain white packaging and no exterior labelling, I've no idea which is which, unless I open them up. There's not even any discreet product code to check against. Not a problem if I was buying for myself, but as gifts - utterly unhelpful!!
What a shame.

We have used NIO cocktails as gifts for friends and for ourselves. Great packaging and delivery, but more importantly the flavours are fabulous, authentic, and all you need to do is just add ice!!

I love these cocktails and have ordered a few times for presents and when guests are coming. Being able to order a variety covers most tastes and leads to some interesting conversations. I have had some issues over the rewards but my emails to customer service contact have been answered promptly and courteously (by a person not a chatbot) and if the initial contact cannot resolve the problem it has been escalated and resolved perfectly. Very happy to give 5 star review for excellent product and professional customer service.

Received an email on 29th Aug to advise my 2600 loyalty points would expire on 27th Sep. Logged in to place an order to discover 1590 points had expired on 26th Aug. Really?

What a surprise… didn’t know what to expect BUT the drinks were superb.

What great idea so easy tasty and just right for a treat

These are very well mixed, neatly packaged, quickly delivered and exceedingly good cocktails (I stole that from an old advert) - offering extensive choice. It would be easy to assume that packaged cocktails like this would be second rate; they really are not. Serve them correctly - bit of ice etc, and they are spot on. Make sure you spend a bit of time squeezing the package to get the full contents though. Air-pockets can hold a bit of the good stuff, and you really do not want to miss any of that. Finally, do not get put off by price. A pack of 9 is about £4.50 a cocktail. I would take that every day, to sit in my garden and enjoy.

Simple clean website and ordering process. I know the cocktails are good from friends who've given me them.
I somehow got the delivery address wrong on the order and it was very quick and easy to rectify via email - impressive customer service

I ordered a box of 9 mixed cocktails as a birthday gift for my sister’s birthday. When the box was delivered whilst my sister was out it was left as requested in a safe place.
Unfortunately when she picked it up the box was damp, and damaged. Upon opening it it was clear that one cocktail had broken and the contents leaked over the others damaging their labels.
I contacted the NIO customer services and they have been outstanding in their rapid response and replacement of the affected cocktail.
I cannot praise them highly enough for their efficiency and positive service.
I highly recommend them.

My cocktails arrived damaged and leaking but as soon as I notified them with pictures a replacement was quickly sorted, in fact within a few minutes of me sending an email . The service is excellent and so are the cocktails highly recommend Nio cocktails.

Your cocktails are expensive and since the introduction of postage for orders over £40 I have had to cut down how many times I am able to purchase.
On saying that I have tried other more reasonable brands and yours are definitely the best. I will continue to buy but will wait for the times when there are offers available.

As always, my order arrived within stated time period. Normally it can be posted through the letterbox, but this time I had also ordered a spherical ice "cube!" tray. I'd ordered my much loved Negroni and also treated myself to some dry Martinis! Both delicious! I had fun filling the spherical ice "cubes!" tray and have yet to use one!

I have ordered a number of times with NIO Cocktails. Most of the family now use them. Great for any event or celebrations Birthday, Christmas, any family event at home or away on holiday
