Hi Argentina,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your second order.
Regarding your cashback, this can be resolved directly from your account: please go to your cashback dashboard, select the delete option on the right side of the lost amount, and refresh the page. This should update your account correctly.
Regarding the malfunctioning kits, we always encourage customers to contact our support team directly before leaving a public review so we can assist promptly. As soon as we saw your review, we reached out to you via email to request your order details and arrange a prepaid return label and replacement. However, we have not yet received a response to our emails.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us!
We are very sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than expected this time. For certain postcodes, our primary delivery partner restricts the number of battery-containing devices allowed per parcel. Because of this, we sometimes have to opt for alternative couriers or route parcels through different networks, which can unfortunately cause unexpected delays.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience—we are actively working on a better solution to ensure your orders arrive with our usual speed every single time.
We truly appreciate your continued support and custom, and if you ever need help tracking a parcel or have questions about an order, please feel free to reach out to our team directly!
Team Ninja.
