Vastaus yritykseltä Ninja Vapes
Dear Peter,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with your order and are unhappy with the performance of your kit.
Regarding the burnt taste you mentioned, please be assured that this is generally not caused by the e-liquid itself. This issue is typically related to the coil, specifically if high wattage is applied to a low-resistance coil within a delicate kit, which can lead to the coil burning out prematurely.
We sent an email to you - requesting some specific details about your setup—including your kit model, coil resistance, and current wattage settings - so that we can help you resolve this. We haven't received a response yet, but we are very keen to assist you in getting this fixed. Please keep an eye on your inbox so we can look into this further for you.
Best regards,
Team Ninja.

Would not use this company
Would not use this company. Twice now I’ve ordered a vape which is listed in stock so they took my money only to be told they’re actually out of stock. Still waiting for a refund. Very bad customer service
11. elokuuta 2026
Vastaus yritykseltä Ninja Vapes
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the frustration caused by the stock availability issues with your recent order.
We understand how disappointing it is to place an order only to find that the items are unavailable. Due to exceptionally high demand, our inventory levels can fluctuate rapidly. Regarding the kit you ordered, the original Smok Mag kit has unfortunately been discontinued, though we are working hard to ensure we have the latest replacement kits in stock as consistently as possible.
We did attempt to contact you by phone to explain the situation and discuss these changes directly. Regarding your refund, I can confirm that this was processed on our end, and it should have been reflected in your account the very next day. We would kindly ask that you double-check your bank statement for that date, as it should be visible there.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our stock management.
Best regards,
Team Ninja.
