Ceny plastrów "Air not just a patch" 20 sztuk za prawie 300zł? W Niemczech i Holandii po 30 Euro, a w Polsce prawie 3 razy tyle? To jest skandal i zwykły rabunek potrzebujących pacjentów

Never received my order. 270€ is gone.
I think its scam. Placed an order 02.12.2025 today is 24.01.2026

There is a lot I can tell negative about this - but the main one is that I ordered 3 products from US shops and received only 2, calling their customer service didn’t help, they don’t answer, their links that they attach don’t open, only one DHL tracking page worked, the item that arrived got stuck in Poczta Polska and I figured it out only by calling DHL and not this scum called Ninelife, and from poczta polska no one sent me a notification that it’s in their office, I even didn’t know that I should visit them myself, and I when I visited, the poczta worker told that I need to pay around 36 zlotys, so basically I never thought that when I order something in EU I might have such experience, my advice is never use this crap called ninelife

Fatalny wybór! Od miesiąca czekam na dostawę. Po miesiącu otrzymałem wiadomość (po angielsku), że paczka czeka na lokalnej poczcie. Okazuje się, że paczka została dostarczona do poczty w innej części Polski. Na odpowiedż na reklamację czekam już kilka dni. Paczki z Chin przychodzą szybciej, a reakcja obsługi jest natychmiastowa.

Od miesiąca nie chcą odebrać ode mnie produktów , których nie zamawiałam. Nie chcą zwrócić pieniędzy ani dostarczyć tego co było na zamówieniu. Proponują żebym zostawiła sobie to co przyszło, a na kolejne zakupy dadzą mi rabat.
Po ukazaniu się tej recenzji dostawca skontaktował się i zwrócił pieniądze.

zamówiłam 2 rodzaje kaw, obie w ziarnach. Po pierwsze czekałam na zamówienie 3 tygodnie. Po drugie jedna kawa przyszła zgodna z zamówieniem, natomiast druga przyszła mielona. Zgłosiłam reklamację, poprosili o zdjęcie produktu niezgodnego z zamówieniem. Wysłałam i zapadła cisza. Kawa kosztowała ponad 300 zł. Nie polecam dostawcy

There were some issues while shipping, but the customer service department was great and helpful. The product was excellent, will order more.

Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible. I waited over a month for my products to be delivered, and had to constantly contact their customer service team to receive updates on my order. When the order was finally delivered to my local post office, I waited a week before I was aware, as I had to contact their customer service team again to receive an additional tracking number that I did not initially receive from them. When my package did finally arrive, half my order was missing. The missing items were the reason I placed my order with NineLife in the first place. I strongly urge shoppers to avoid NineLife at all costs, as they are a terrible organization, and lack a basic understanding of customer service. I will never shop with them again.

I purchased this item before and had it delivered to my daughter to send to me in Poland. It took longer and total cost to receive was a bit higher. It was well worth it to purchase through Amazon Poland and used their recommended shipper.
