The product is good but I have received lots of received lots of spam email with links. I think the we site is hacked they need better security. I am scared from ordering again from this website.

Excellent Product and Delivery

I didn’t realise the order was coming from the USA (to the UAE). Probably my fault but I had to go to the Post Office and pick it up and pay a little customs fee. Not a problem either except when I received the message from the Post Office I had a package they couldn’t tel me what it was. Since I wasn’t expecting anything I thought it might be spam (we get a lot of that here!). I think the website could have been clearer about delivery and customs fees. That said the package arrived very quickly and it works perfectly.

Despite the remote being a reproduction, it worked flawlessly without any issues.

It was hard to find the specific item in the local market; I think the Directnine is much helpful to find the rare equipment /devices.
