delivery was slow had to get in contact…

delivery was slow had to get in contact with shipment to find out about order however they responded quickly
did not recieve complete order i have received half order om June 28/22 and i am still waiting for the second bottle of goji berry juice
i truly beleive its too long for service
however i love the hymalaya juice hope the rest of the is on the way

Took 17 days to get to me

Took 17 days to get to me. I was getting worried. Needed the product for the 2 porchetta I am making for our 50th wedding anniversary party. Would have been a disaster without the herb.

It all worked out in the end

I was glad to find (via Google) an on-line seller who could supply the product I needed, and found their ordering process easy to use. I was, however, put out when they gave me (after the order was placed) a delivery date five weeks away. I sent and email expressing my astonishment and disappointment, and asking if NineLife to please expedite my order. They did - it arrived after just three weeks.

Recent Purchase

Recently purchased a hard to find item on their web site. Was very pleased with the level of service I received. I got the items delivered they were well packaged and delivery was tracked. Very happy!
