This woman is a scammer!!!! As ive read the reviews myself and my sister also have paid money her for treatments , and be given all the excuses about shop not ready, broken windows etc...
Asked for refund no response 😑 sent messages no response 😑

How can someone get away with this, she most have scammed hundreds of pounds off woman.

I have paid for a service up front like multiple other people I know. Nikita has closed and told everyone she will be opening up a new shop since April. There has been multiple excuses why the new shop has not re-opened. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and kept being told I can’t have it until shop open again. I questioned why she has been advertising and taking payments for future services while shop not open. I have had enough now. I asked if shop opened yesterday as was told it would but been ignored. I posted same question on multiple sites and was blocked.
I would not advise anyone to pay any money up front to this lady.

Paid in full for microblading, wouldn't re arrange my appointment when I got covid and said she wouldn't do my brows. Basically said tough luck not doing treatment I put a post on Facebook asking if anybody had any experience of this happening to them, she then sent threatening messages, I never received my money or treatment

This woman is a con artist. Do not use her. She will rip you off. She uses every excuse in the book not to keep your appointment. She takes your money, doesn’t refund you when she continuously cancels, she uses the most outrageous excuses. I eventually got Botox, and it did not work. I had fillers and they didn’t work. I complained. She refuses to give refunds. Don’t waste your hard earned money. It’s not just me it’s also my friend. Please do your research.

Please do not give this woman any money. She takes payments for what seems to be amazing offers up front, cancels appointments last minute and then refuses to issues a refund due to “her bank account being frozen” she’s been doing this to so many clients for years. Please don’t get scammed

My mom had paid for me to have eyebrow microblading done for a Christmas present. She paid upfront on 30th October 2024. I was due my initial appointment 12th Nov 2024 and a top up on 5th December 2024.
Nikita had made me aware of some issues she was facing her end, i empathised with her and we rescheduled for 16th January 2024.
On the 12th January, nikita said she had a problem with her water, so we rescheduled for Friday 17th January at 5pm.
No contact was made in between the 12th and 17th.
I showed up for my appointment, 15 minutes early. To find that the shop was closed with shutters down.
I contacted nikita via Facebook messenger (always contacted through this) to let her know i was outside but the shop was shut. I also sent a picture of the shop closed to ensure I was at the right place.
She read my first 2 messages within 10 minutes, so I assumed she would get back to me, so I continued to wait outside. (I don't drive, so I had to pay for my transport to the shop and had to wait outside).
I messaged again to ask if my appointment was going ahead, to which these were then ignored. I waited over half an hour, so then I messaged stating I was leaving as I was too cold to wait any longer.
Nikita then messaged me close to midnight that night stating she had only just seen my message as she had been logged out. Even though I have screenshots of her reading my first couple of messages and the others only being delivered.
She then said that I had cancelled my appointment. But as I mentioned (and screenshots to prove) there was no contact from rescheduling to when I was outside the shop ready for my appointment.
It took some backwards and forwarding over the space of 48 hrs after my appointment for her to realise she had made a mistake as she had a cancellation from someone who was booked in with another lady. She had assumed I was the other lady because our moms have the same name. She didn't confirm with me that it was indeed me who wanted the cancellation.
I then asked for a refund as I didn't want to be messed around again and keep having to reschedule is hard enough with work and having to find childcare each time. Not only that but she didn't exactly go out of her way to ensure her mistake was corrected.

She would reply to my messages here and there and just said the mistake was easily made, when I don't think it is really. When there was no communication made with myself.

She agreed to a refund on the 19th January. Said she would issue it within the week. I asked her to let me know when it was issued and I would let her know when i had recieved it.

4 days later on the 23rd, I asked if she had an idea on when it would be refunded. She stated that she said within a week and she would do it as soon as possible.
I asked again on the 26th, this wasn't replied to.
I asked again on the 27th, stating it had been over a week since my appointment being missed and the week had passed that she stated she would do it within. She replied over 24hrs later, saying she will do it when she can.
I have messaged on the 28th stating she has had plenty of time to issue the refund. No reply.
Messaged all until 3rd of Feb. Not one message has been read or replied to.
Even though she has quite obviously been active and making other bookings through Facebook messenger and has been putting up stories about appointments she has available and which ones have been taken. Posted on her page a few times stating that she will be catching up on messages and not once has thought to message me about my refund.

It is quite clear that she is now blatantly ignoring me. It has been 2 weeks since she said she would refund me, still awaiting payment and even a response from her at this point.

This woman has promised treatments, taken large deposits from multiple people and not delivered. Then won't refund money. She will ask you transfer money to her partners account, alarm bells ringing. More and more people are coming forward exposing this woman. Please don't let her take your money.

Complete con artist. Do not pay in advance for any treatment, she'll not turn up for the appointment, she'll say she'll refund but, then ignore you. Owes thousands to her landlord and other customers and bailiffs can't even get the money out of her. Only gets one star because I can't give zero.
