Night & Day Emergency Dentist Arvostelua 

Great experience as an aspiring dental student. Only made me want to pursue the profession more! I’d recommend to other students who want to get some work experience :)

I had a sudden on set of tooth ace and called Night and Day Leicester for a check up, they advised to visit the branch and I was seen straight away by a Dentist for a consultation and treatment. I was attended to by Dr Caroline, Emma and Rami. Great Service!

Great polite service, I've had a phobia of dentists since I was a child but they put me at ease and after I broke my tooth eating chicken wings they extracted it within the hour and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing! Made appointment for 5.30 as was in a lot of pain with a wisdom tooth. Liam the receptionist was great, I filled in all of the forms and everything was explained well.
Went in to see Dr Gurv & Nurse Rachel who put me at ease straight away. Explained the problem, they took a look and did a quick xray. Said they could take my tooth out straight away as it was infected and growing sideways. Was given a numbing injection and waited for that to work then went back in , tooth out, aftercare instructions given, prescribed antibiotics and was on my way home by 6.20!
This is private dental so it is not cheap but well worth it for how quick it is and not having to wait for NHS dentist to be seen. Would fully recommend and would return if I had any future problems ! Thank you!

Explained I had had a tooth ache and was taking a course of antibiotics, booked appointment in brislington and saw the dentist, was quoted 395 for a deep clean and debris removal and 260 to file off a filling to a smooth surface. I refused the treatment considering this to be an outrageous fee. 4 days later, after using a corsodyl mouth wash and a Colgate toothpaste for sensitive teeth I am now pain free. I am thoroughly disappointed that a professional taking care of the vunerable public in serious amounts of pain are able to charge these fees without challenge. The x ray machine produces poor quality definition, to not give an informed view of what is going on in your mouth. Please look elsewhere to get professional advice and treatment, you get drawn in by a cheap £50 booking and they charge double if not treble the going rate of a dentist in clifton. I do not usually write reviews, but in this instance I feel the public deserve to know. And the dentist managed to burn my tongue with a cold ice spray whilst testing my tooth. Book elsewhere

Dr Caroline is special and top dentist at Leicester night & day! Rami very good and Aisha very friendly. Excellent communication and good for nervous patients. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional, rude & greedy company! Went in with chipped front tooth (composite bonding)
The repair was DREADFUL! Wrong shade, not smooth, you can see & feel the ridge in the middle of the tooth. When I called to be seen to repair this they were rude, not helpful & again unprofessional. Asked me to send over details which I asked to do over the phone which apparently wasn't an option to then calling me back & asking for those details over the phone. Embarrassing. However this wasn't the worst of it, when asked to come in to have my tooth they RUINED fixed they said I would need to pay not only the consultation fee but also for the procedure all over again! LAUGHABLE GREED! I was told I had a 4wk window to from original appointment to get this fixed yet when I called up 3 months later & spoke to someone at that practice they confirmed over the phone I wouldn't need to pay for their mistakes. Sadly I couldn't make that appointment as I feel ill. But as a warning to future clients of these people I highly NOT RECOMMEND them. They will do a poor job & not take accountability for it & also try & CHARGE you AGAIN to FIX what they messed up in the first place. Go ANYWHERE else.

Wow is all I can say-I had horrendous toothache from a rct by my own dentist and came here on a Friday night and the whole experience was incredible. I was crying when I walked in and walked out smiling! Will never forget how much you helped me and will always highly recommend.
Dr Adz was so kind and patient and told me every step of the way what he was going to do-he was so gentle-his nurse fakhra was so nice and calming too I really appreciate your help! The lovely girl at reception was so friendly and helpful too! Honestly 11/10 for me! I thank you all so much 🩷

I called the practice and was seen within a couple of hours of my call. Staff were really friendly and my problem sorted in no time

I was put at ease immediately and the complete job was done in 30 minutes start to finish.
I highly recommend it's just a shame they don't take regular patients.

I think this dentist is very good and I would recommend them to people. Very helpful with all my appointments and also I have anxiety and mental health problems and this dentist took care of everything for me so I wasn’t anxious about the treatment or attending appointments. I would rate them 10/10 for good services and professional at all times😊

The dentist Adam and nurse Tina were fantastic. The receptionist as well was pleasant and explained their treatment plan fully and was patient whilst I made up my mind.

They made me feel safe, welcomed and relaxed. The dentist explained clearly what he was going to do and when and both him and the nurse were very professional and friendly. It was also very thorough from the consultation and xray right through to my teeth being cleaned and getting a filling. I would highly recommend this dentist.

It was the most painfree and relaxed I've ever felt at the dentist and I have visited a few across the years. Absolutely worth the price!

Im so scared about dentists and haven’t been for 15 years. Due to the pain I was in, I didn’t really have a lot of choice but to attend the emergency practice. Caroline & Naima were absolutely brilliant. They kept me calm, talked me through every step and encouraged throughout the whole thing. Thank you so much.

We Went to N&D for an emergency procedure for my husband (tooth out) their website said extractions from £200)on Saturday afternoon, Booked the appointment, Sat morning for £50.00, When we got there he was seen quickly, i sat in the waiting room right by the treatment room door, he had an Xray which wasnt costed, ( they opened the door to both stand outside ) then he was told he was in danger of his jaw collapsing so needed bone graft... declined, was told he needed a denture, declined, total cost £565.00, the procedure was the worst of his entire life, they gave him about 3 anesthetic jabs around the tooth, went out to wait for it to work, another guy went in(Kevin), he came back out 10 minutes later looking like ghost which didnt fill him with confidence, When he sat in the chair said immediately he felt something wasnt right, as he could still feel the tooth and the Dentist starting trying to claw it out with some kind of spoon like lever, he said he started writhing about and they gave more jabs about 4, then rather than leave it a few mins to work, the Dentist went straight in with the clamps and started yanking away, the pain was excruciating (he had a tooth out a few months prior which was painless so knew what it should be like) It was a horrendous experience and the worst pain he had ever had, he has kept getting flashbacks which makes him shudder, the dentist said the anestheic didnt work because the tooth was so badly infected, but didnt have any antibiotics offered and there is no infection now in the tooth ?? Interestingly once he got out of the room, the guy who was before him who wasnt allowed to go home for 20mins( due to his shocked state!), said he had the same sales pitch for bone graft and dentures as well, NEVER USE THESE AGAIN. RIP OFF and are using LOW Grade or watered down Anesthetic and lying about your conditions whilst you are venerable and in pain, APPALLING

The dentist, receptionist and nurse were all amazing and so welcoming. This was my first time having any type of dental procedure done and the dentist Asam made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I was in and out in under an hour.

Very clean and professional made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. Jess on reception straight to the point and very easy to talk to. Dentist Dr Sulaiman was again straight to the point no beating around the bush. I loved the relaxing atmosphere just down to earth people nurse Britney was funny and down to earth again couldnt fault them. Dr Sulaiman took his time on building my tooth back (looks better than original) I can't wait to come back and get my full treatment 😀

I am petrified of going to the dentist and had to have emergency procedures done Zain was so patient with me talked me through step by step what he was about to do and gave me time to take it all in and made me relax he was absolutely amazing he’s restored my faith in going to the dentist and would recommend anyone who is frightened to visit him I’m pain free thank you dr Zain your the best
