I recommend this place because I went there and they did a good job on extracting my wisdom tooth specifically the dentist named Ahmed and Nurse Heda. And the management as well because they gave a good discount when I couldn’t get the instalment option.

I went here on a Saturday when I was in pain and getting no meaningful help from 111. I have no problem paying £50 for an emergency appointment….thats life.

The dentist confirmed the issue was that I needed a root canal (I had already suspected this) he said he could start it straight away but the total cost would be £1000.00.

I really wanted to double check everything with my own dentist so asked if could just give me a prescription for antibiotics for the pain. He refused saying I only needed paracetamol and ibuprofen which I was already using. Not happy I left.

I saw my own dentist a few days later who reconfirmed I needed a root canal but also said there was infection there and I did need antibiotics so you can imagine my feelings towards night and day emergency dentist.

I feel it is unprofessional of them to refuse to give me the prescription I needed because I would not give them the go ahead to do the root canal. Shame on them

Before going to N+D in agony with an inflamed abscess under a broken molar I read the reviews and noticed nearly one fifth of them were one star with accusations of excessive charges. I made it clear I was willing to take pain killers and wait until Monday when my own dentist opened so agreed a fee I was happy with before treatment started. There were no frills, the dentist was rather brutal with the needle and the extraction putting me through more pain in the chair than I’d ever experienced before but he did warn me first so fair play. I walked out after an hour minus the problem molar that I’d been told could only be surgically removed. Total cost £320.

Unprofessional negligence in bonding my compromised tooth just for a tiny bit of bonding for a 5 min job 175 ..was asking for more. He even wanted to shave my lower tooth. just money making then 20 gbp consulting fee only to allure you in they then give u hefty treatment prices. Be careful..the place has no privacy its small and in the rooms whilst treatment takes places staff are in and out gossiping and watching dentist job. Up to 4 people in the room I saw and was so uncomfortable. Some staff are rude. Even on phone put down if u want raise complaints farren practice manager useless and doesn't respond promptly and just keeps fobbing off refunds and no proper process of complaints in place. U cant speak on phone to management only emails and they dont respond easily. Avoid! There's better places out there.

Cracked a tooth coming back from Italy and booked in with Night and Day. Very professional and friendly service from Sara (reception) , Rajae ( nurse) and Dr Pavi ( Dentist). Very clean and well equiped clinic. Dr Pavi explained the situation to me and recommended extraction which was carried out efficiently with no pain. Follow up messages a day or two later were most helpful and reassuring. Thank you.

Had 2 teeth extracted on Wednesday last week, from booking with Jack on reception to the dentist chair was excellent and very friendly service. Dr Junaid was excellent and very proffessional with nurse Erin was took really good care of me while I was in the dentist chair. Thank You!

The staff were very friendly non judgemental. Gave advice on the situation. They let me make my decision and acted accordingly. I would highly recommend dentist Akram and dental nurse Dion to my colleagues and friends. Also it was great not to be restricted by normal opening hours.

After my bridge which is a front tooth came out I was very upset and embarrassed. My dentist couldn't see me for 6 weeks I was looking at going on the sick and cancelling going to a wedding when I heard about night and day. From booking to having bridge refitted was under 4 hours... The clinic is lovely even homely and noticed did not have that scarey dentist medical smell The receptionist could not of been more helpful. The dentist and nurse were outstanding and explained everything THANK YOU to them I can get out and continue my life.

Im so glad a chose this dentist i had two broken teeth not been to a dentist for a number of years very nervous but sophia was friendly and polite and made me feel calmer when DR Chris can out big smile full of energy i sat in the chair explained i was petrfied and he was so calm and reassured me i was in good hands with himself and nurse Beck i honestly am grateful to the whole team anyone who has any issues with there teeth go here you wont regret it.

I cannot praise the team at night and day enough. I originally came very worried after my root canal fell out, Dr Ali then explained i would need an emergency extraction and follow up treatment. He managed to take out the tooth without surgery and was SO patient and reassuring. I was introduced to Chris who then started my implant trearment. I've had one before but never felt as comfortable as I have with Dr Chris. He really takes the time to explain the process and talked me through each stage. The process is lengthy but anytime i needed to check in or speak to someone it wasnt a problem. Its especially reassuring that you can speak to someone 24/7 and the whatsapp service makes life so much better. Any issues i experienced, Chris was available to check the implant and now its in place - it looks so good and i'm so happy! Thank you to Sophia on reception too for being so kind and caring. If you need a dentist in Acton (or an emergency) I cannot praise the team here enough. Thank you!

UPDATE: After 2 months of pain, my partner went to his own dentist today. After a couple of x-rays, they confirmed that bits of broken tooth had been left in the gum. They didnt seem at all.surprised when we said where the work was originally done.

What ever you do, do NOT go to Night & Day dentist. Partner went there as an emergency with a very painful tooth as couldn't get into own dentist quick enough.

After x-ray was told 2 teeth need to come out (1 lower molar each side) even though one was causing no issues at all.

They then pressured him into taking out a payment plan for BOTH despite telling them to only take out one. Their answer was 'well the other one will have to come out at some point'.

Its now been nearly 2 months and its still painful. Despite numerous emails etc, they have not contacted him back to resolve the issue. Still cannot eat on that side,so if he had listened and had agreed to take both teeth out, he woulsnt be able to eat.

Now booked in with own dentist to see what the issue is as it looks like there is still some of the removed tooth present.

We will then be taking legal action against them as it seems that it was more about getting money out of you than care of the patient. They just want to get you on a payment plan.

£600 and STILL in pain🤬🤬🤬

It wouldnt have been that expensive if i took my dog to the vet for the same thing!!! They just prey on the fact that you're in pain and pressure you into things without really giving you time to consider options.

Numerous attempts at contacting them, but no response. That to me just says they have something to hide. Any decent business would want to deal with any customer issues as a matter of urgency and not just ignore them.

I wouldnt be at all surprised if Night & Day end up on Watchdog at some point in the future.

Went to this dentist in Sheffield after a my temporary filling fell off of my broken tooth. I am a university student amidst exams, so I was not able to go to my usual dentist back at home for an emergency appointment. 20 minutes after my appointment time, I was finally seen and I must say they were not very careful with my teeth. An x ray was done but i had to endure a rather painful exam and bite down hard with the broken tooth which was very painful; a very different experience I had to when I visited my home dentist a week prior, and then suddenly I was told I needed a root canal immediately. I asked for an explanation, as a week before my dentist told me that there was nothing to worry about yet, but there was no clear reasoning for this decision, but rather a response that avoided my questions. When i declined taking the root canal, he then pushed for me to have a composite filling and when I asked to just replace it with a temporary filling I was again attempted to be coaxed into a composite filling. Eventually, he let me have the temporary filling, but as soon as I found out that a temporary filling for 2 teeth would cost £350, I walked straight out. At my usual private dentist it would cost that amount of money to do the composite bonding treatment! Especially considering the checkup was £30 and I did not receive any helpful information, I felt that this service was dissatisfactory. Do not trust this service!

I was seen within an hour of making the appointment late on. Friday evening.
Lovely receptionist and seen with very little wait.
Was examined, shown xray and discussed options. Had an extraction, very straightforward and all done within 30 minutes.
Have had texts to see how I am for two days afterwards and if I have any issues to get in touch.
The cost was as you would expect for emergency but worth it so the pain didn’t get worse or get infected.
Recommend and would go again if needed although I do have a dentist but they were shut!!!

I had to attend an emergency dental appointment today for a tooth extraction, and I just wanted to say how wonderful the whole team were. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, reassuring, professional, and genuinely caring. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel calm and manageable.

The dentist Dr Khalil and staff were lovely throughout and took great care of me. I’m very grateful for the treatment and compassion I received today. Thank you all so much.
