The staff were very friendly. They took away all anxiety as they explained the whole process and nicely too. The experience was fantastic.

After care is truly awful. I had many extractions and all my mouth got infected the gave me antibiotics and I couldn't take them i was burning up vomiting and im very unwell also suffer the my mental health and other conditions . I phoned numerous times and the reception wasn't very nice to me kept saying someone would ring me and he's had patients all day. I was violently ill. Noone rung me ive had to phone nhs emergency dentist and been seen by them and given antibiotics. Still noone has rung me and im very ill.

I truly have been very ill and to hell and back even a&e with yous not being there for me when needed. I still have stitches and no form of help from your clinic. I still have stitches and need my clinical notes for the stitches and things as your office said they would no longer answer my emails. It's been I nightmare . That email you have giving me is not working.

For someone who isn't great with dentist, the staff here was fantastic and kept me calm and explained everything they was doing. Thank you

I booked my appointment as I was suffering with really bad wisdom tooth pain. Within an hour of booking I was being observed and advised on my options. The dentist was really thorough in his explanations about what was going on. I went with the extraction option, within 15 minutes I was prepped and my tooth was extracted. I was anxious about if it would be painful but it was really fast and painless. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thanks again!!

I chipped a tooth and wanted it fixed ASAP (I hate anything dental related). They saw me within 3 hours, and fixed it in the same appointment. I was given options about treatment the Dentist was excellent and talked me through and answered all my questions, of which there were many. It was significantly more expensive than the NHS costs, but they were upfront about it and not unreasonable given the immediate access I had. It's been a week and I've had no further issues.

I had a real phobia of dentists and hadn't been to one in 45 years. I had a cracked tooth and one next to it that was causing pain. They were extreamly reassuring and treatment was nothing like I remember from my youth. No pain at all, 2 teeth removed. I cant believe it took me so long to go

They make far too many appointments clearly as they expect money up front and are very very expensive. I was given a jab to numb area and told to wait 25 mins to take effect, then waited 55 mins by which time it had worn off, given more jabs. Face numb and swollen for a week. Avoid !!!!

Really helpful and understanding staff. The receptionist Sara was kind and welcoming. The nurse Rajae was very helpful and I could not recommend Dr Pavi enough. He was patient and very knowledgeable.

I recently completed work experience here and it was amazing! I definitely recommend completing work experience here if you are looking to pursue a career in dentistry.

Dr Pavi was great! And Sara was so helpful and reassuring. Rajae the nurse was also so lovely. Would recommend this place! After care has also been great.

I went to clinic in Newcastle after sleepless night. Very easy process to book in. Jack on reception was very polite and I even got a message on the next day after visit asking how am I after tooth extraction. Dentist Chris was great, he explained all my options and steps. It took him a couple of minutes or less to extract my molar I was in shock. Rachel the nurse was lovely too.
