Had a really good experience at Night and Day Emergency Dentist in Leicester. Rami at the front desk was welcoming and made everything easy from the start. Heba and Dr. Landa were both amazing. So calm and reassuring. They explained everything clearly and really put me at ease.

Where else can you get that level of care and service so late at night? The whole team made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend if you ever need an emergency dentist out of hours

Came with my adult son who suffers with ADHD & ASD. Dr Nisar was AMAZING 🤩 he was so good with my son kept him calm, spoke to him and told him exactly what he was doing throughout the whole tooth extraction. This is the second time I’ve been here with a family member and still excellent service provided.

Really pathetic.
Contacted them on what’s app , purely as my girlfriend needed an X ray for treatment overseas .

What we got were two tiny x rays which were useless and that was after 6 hours of following up . Charged 25 pounds for sniping a stitch .
When I complained on email , got no reply .

It’s no wonder people go abroad for dental care .

Awful experience we were scammed by this practice! I had a broken tooth which unfortunately needed private treatment on sunday after being unable to find an NHS service. I was quoted around £200 for a filling and £300 for tooth removal on the phone plus a £50 consultation fee. It was expensive but I was desperate for treatment so I agreed. The dentist assessed that I only needed filling for the tooth but said it would in fact cost me £350 and that actually the tooth next to it needed doing too so it would be £700 wow. I said no to the other tooth but felt obligated to go along and pay the £350 as I had already paid £50 for a consultation fee (which wasn't even a full assessment just for him to xray and agree that yes my tooth was indeed broken). I was given ALOT of anaesthetic which made the whole side of my head go numb for about 12 hours after, I was given a form to sign which agreed on the payment which was fine but was disgusted to realise when I got home that they had signed a medical waiver on my behalf forging my signature??? A few hours after I got home my filling had already fallen out so now I am TRYING to get in contact with the "manager" who is totally aloof and impossible to contact to try and get any treatment and refund sorted. I do not trust going back to this place as they forged my signature on a medical document - I am refusing to let them gaslight me into thinking I did sign it as I would never sign away rights like these and I had my family as witness. I am now still missing half my tooth and unable to receive any help.

I attended this dental surgery for my work experience. The staff are very nice. All questions I had were answered.

After seeking NHS emergency dental care 2 weeks ago to have an assessment only & re-booked for in 5 weeks time for treatment (despite being pregnant and not able to take anti-inflammatories) I couldn’t stand the pain any longer. I made an appointment for the Manchester clinic at 5am this morning for 12.30pm same day, had a consultation, x-rays & emergency extraction all done in an hour and a half. Dr Khalid was so friendly, informative and transparent with treatment. Honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough for helping me so quickly and painlessly <3

Just had a fantastic experience with Dr. Umar and his team. He was professional and reassuring throughout. Nurse Emma was kind and attentive, and Iman at reception was incredibly charming and polite. Couldn’t have asked for better care—highly recommend!

I came here for work experience. I learnt how to interact with patients and observed dental procedures such as wisdom tooth removal. Overall a very good experience and very kind staff.

Went to the Birmingham clinic Saturday evening as no dentist near me were open and was in a lot of pain. The whole team were brilliant - receptionist Iqram, dentist Dr Haq, and dental nurse Afia. A fair priced consultation (£50) gave me several options to consider and Dr Haq talked me through pro's and cons of each. I choose to have the tooth removed as my routine dentist had been faffing about since December trying to identify the problem which led to the situation. Having never had a tooth out before, Dr Haq was brilliant and patient with me. I never felt a thing. Would recommend to anyone, and would use this team over my normal dental practice any day. The aftercare team, Sanam, also texted and called to check on me Sunday morning with useful advice.

I attended today after an extraction couldn't be completed despite 40 mins with my BUPA dentist pulling, wriggling it on Tuesday. I was left very frightened and in extreme pain and BUPA could only offer an appointment with there dental surgeon on 15th July. I contacted Night & Day Aigburth and in less than 24 hours my tooth is out and although a little tender the pain is nowhere near what Ive experienced this week. It was busy and I waited to be seen despite having booked an appointment, everyone seemingly having the same pain, fear as the next person so sitting waiting feeling sorry for myself really extended to all of us. We were all there because there was nowhere else that could help us. Receptionist was really kind, friendly and professional (sorry if I got a little frustrated trying to get through for my prescription afterwards) you deserve so much credit, reassuring patients as they come in. I was then taken through and met Dr Razak for the first time. My first impression was I completely trusted him, so reassuring, so kind and so professional. Then Mudasar joined Dr Razak and he was the same, so reassuring, so kind and so professional. Job was done, tooth out, cleaned and stitched in a matter of minutes Thank you. In my opinion I consider this practice to be our 4th emergency service only today they turned out to be no. One!! Thank you so much

Umar and Naime saw me at very short notice. They were super polite and kind. They kept checking in with me to see if I needed more anaesthetic, making what could have been a horrible experience almost pleasant.

Was in alot of pain. Was dreading the thought of having 3 teeth out at the same time. Was so relieved when they were removed no more toothache every thing went well would very much recommend. Very good dentist 😬 I was very noisy expecting pain but dentist put up with that. Very good dentist 😬 👌 😁

What a fantastic dentist! Had Marwa and Roisin take care of me and they was so kind and understanding. They both made me feel very comfortable as I get nervous in dentists. Would definitely recommend and go back.
