Customer service

*Updates have been received from seller.*

I placed my order more than a week ago but no updates have been received since then.
Phoned up twice to enquire for the status of my order and I was told that someone will be contacting me shortly, but apparently no one has called me back.
I would only like to know the status of my order, but obviously no one is bothered to follow up such simple enquires.

Brilliant service

I subscribed to these as I take them regularly, the next box arrives a few days before I finish my last box, so I always have them. Really good price, reliable delivery, notified when next box is shipped too. Handy having a subscription so I never run out! Thank you 😊

10/10 service!

Great service - very fast delivery and my KMS cleansing conditioner arrived well packaged, safe and sound the next day! Plus a cute little freebie added, which was a nice touch! Cannot fault Nicola Smyth service at all - would not hesitate to use again...

Excellent service

Awful customer service

Ordered 2 x 1 litre of shampoo and conditioner. They arrived damaged, conditioner had exploded and Royal Mail had put them in 2 bags as they had originally been sent in a bubble wrap envelope. When I asked for help after a few emails I was ignored completely. Fortunately PayPal have refunded me. Awful customer service

Great service and excellent prices 👌

We are new to the UK and I happened to come accross this website. It was very easy to use, the pricing was very good and my products were delivered to me quickly in great condition and pretty in packaging! I will definitely buy my hair care products again from you and have told a few of my friends to use you as well! Thank you so much!
