Horrible company in my opinion did everything submitted everything, paid them and received nothing now they are not replying to me been 2 months and nothing I would say this s a sham

All the reps I worked with @ Nice RX were so helpful in obtaining the medication for me! They kept in communication with my doctor to make sure the application was completed and continued to loop me in on the process. Sabby, Jay, Julian.......all kept me informed and either emailed or called to update me. I'm thrilled to have found NiceRX as a truly affordable option for my medication!

Good Afternoon- I was very surprised & happy to receive my medication yesterday. I did call the company to confirm that my first shipment had arrived. Thankyou for all your help & patience.

I found a medication I loved, but it was almost as expensive as my mortgage. NiceRx helped me get it at about 1/6th the cost, and they were efficient and professional about it. The only pain was them saying they'd sent "paperwork" to my doctor and my doctor's office repeatedly not knowing where to look for said paperwork. Mail? Fax? Email? But NiceRx helped and called my doctor and it all worked out.

The staff is incredibly friendly. They have bent over backwards to help us. We really appreciate the program.

Besides Truliciti being a Doctor's recommended weekly injection, the service received from NiceRx has been very good with prompt telephone help when needed.

I was very unsure with Nicerx.com to begin with, but over the past few months now see them as a fabulous ally and asset in getting through the annual donut hole insurance payment hole.
Love the support, and excellent communication.

Nice RX has been AMAZING! First, I can't believe how much they are saving me on my medication. Then, when I checked about a delivery issue, they responded quickly via email, I was able to speak to someone, and within a few days the issue was resolved to my TOTAL satisfaction! NiceRX you are the BEST!

I am so grateful, and happy with my experience with NiceRx. You have saved my life in helping me to be able to get the medication I needed to stop smoking, it is working very well. I have been using them for 3 weeks now and I cannot stand the taste of tobacco anymore.
my body seems to still crave it a bit but if I attempt to smoke I gag, and put it out which doesn't happen often. Maybe once every other day or so. I will imagine this too will decrease in time. Again thank you for your help. I would refer you to anyone.

The process went fine but I have never seen so many fax failures.

It was pure luck I found this program and I’m so happy I did! Not only has it helped me out so much but everyone at this company is so nice and accommodating. The only reason I did not give five stars is because a lot of times I did not get a person when I called and had to leave a message and it did take a while to get a response back same with an email. They are either very busy or only have a few people on staff. Other than that, everything has been great for when I did get a response everyone was very helpful and understanding.

The staff at NiceRx was very helpful and informative when I called. I received return calls and texts within 24 hours. Updates were timely. This grant support is so very helpful to me by providing the medication I need directly from the manufacturer. My copays were $300-500/month.
I have nothing negative to say about the organization and process.
