The bracelet is very pretty
The bracelet is very pretty. The company does a great job with delivery (including timing). The packaging is always very nice. However, I do have a big problem with the bracelet. The clasp is not secure at all. It fell off my wrist 4 times in one day. Luckily each time a noticed it. But with this rate, I will end up losing this bracelet if I keep wearing it.

I ordered two pairs of the hydrangea…
I ordered two pairs of the hydrangea pearl earrings for my daughter‘s wedding. One was in blue and one was in pink as I didn’t know which was going to go better with my dress. When they arrived, I opened the box decided I really liked the pink with the dress that I was wearing so was going to return the blue ones however, when I took the pink out of the box, one of the post was very bent they have security backs on them. I only took off one security back and realized I couldn’t wear these because they were bent. I ended up wearing the blue which were fine and sent an email to return the pink ones since they were bent to no fault of my own. I received an email stating that they could easily be bent back and they could not accept the return since the security tag was taken off. It was very evident they weren’t worn since one of them still had a security tag on them nowhere where did it state that these could be bent back into shape. Also, the exact same earrings came with two different backs. The blue ones had larger backs. The pink ones had smaller backs. These earrings are very heavy and should never be sent out with smaller backs. The only resolve was they sent me a free pair of larger backs, but I was not entitled to return them as the security tag was taken off. Had I known from the start that you couldn’t return something to them? I would’ve never ordered from this company so this is a warning that even when it’s not your fault, they will not allow you to return anything if a security tag is taken off. These earrings were bent in the box and I was given no resolve. So as beautiful as these earrings are, the customer service from this company is horrible as they don’t take back an item that was defective.
Definitely would not recommend ordering So I’m quite sure what kind of credit they were offering me but I believe a store credit of some sort definitely not the amount I paid let’s be very clear.
I paid $114 per pair of earrings plus about $30 for shipping. Again no where did it state that these posts could
Be bent or could be damaged in the shipping process.
Again not good customer service

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m really sorry again that this was your experience, especially as the earrings were ordered for such a special occasion.
As we explained by email, the posts on our earrings are made from sterling silver, which is a softer and more flexible metal, so they can occasionally move slightly during transit and can usually be gently straightened back into place. I completely appreciate that this may not have been obvious when you first opened the earrings, and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused.
Regarding the security tag, once this had been removed, the earrings unfortunately fell outside of our standard returns policy. However, we did want to help, which is why we arranged larger earring backs to be sent to you free of charge and also offered store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
I’m sorry that this still left you feeling disappointed. That is never how we want a customer to feel, and we really do appreciate your feedback around making the sterling silver post care and support-back information clearer.
