Great experience with New Homes Mortgage
Our first mortgage application with another advisor was declined due to their negligence. We were referred to New Homes Mortgage by the developer and it was a very pleasant experience. From our first call with Nixie Tucker to determine our affordability to our meeting with Alex Murison who obtained and walked us through the illustration and the timely mortgage application. Then Ashlee Davis took over and kept us informed every step of the way and within a few weeks, our application was approved.
This team is great as they run a relay. Staff absences and leave never delayed the process as our application was transferred to another member of staff to ensure timely delivery.
I will definitely recommend New Homes Mortgage.

Would highly recommend using New Homes Mortgages. From working with Sean at the start I was listened to and kept informed every step of the way. Jonathan was equally as helpful as our application was progressing and after application was submitted Ashlee couldn't have done enough for me. Great experience
As first time buyers myself and my partner were full of anxieties with the whole process of buying a home. After choosing to move to New homes group our worries disappeared. We dealt with Gerry Mccreath and Ashlee Davis, their customer care from start to receiving mortgage offer was 10/10.
We were kept informed every step of the way and answered any questions we had no matter how big or small.

David found a very low rate
David surprised me with how low our interest rate was in the current climate, Ashlee then took over, giving regular updates and making it a hassle free slick process and we now have our offer with almost no additional info required along the way.
Buying a new build is far more involved with many more moving parts and requirements than buying a pre owned home. Take the huge stress out the process and let NHMS deal with if all for you :) Very happy with the service and will be back next time!

Best mortgage advisors
The team made getting a mortgage the most easy and stress free part of buying out first home.
