Excellent, efficient and very friendly service. Having used various financial advisors and services over the year, using New Homes Mortgage Scotland was definitely one of the best if not the best. Initial contact was initiated by a house builder so was sceptical however will gladly use their service again.

Buying a house is very daunting especially for your first time. I had no idea what to expect and was very stressed before we started. I initially was in contact with John who has been an amazing support to start my mortgage journey and he was so helpful helping me get my mortgage in principle, every query I had he was very helpful and was very supportive. I then met with Jonathan to choose my lender and start my mortgage application, he was amazing and made the process less stressful and was so very reassuring during the whole process, he was there for any questions I had and helped me massively through the process of selecting my mortgage and getting my documents prepared and made sure it met my every need. He was so friendly and helpful. Nixie was also a massive help through the process and was so lovely for any questions I had. My mortgage application was then passed over to Jade who gave me regular updates throughout the application process and made me feel at ease through every step. Waiting for your mortgage offer is very stressful, Jade was so lovely and polite and was very quick to respond to queries between myself and my lender and made my mortgage offer go very smoothly and quickly. The communication is amazing throughout the whole process. The service from this company is very professional and each member of staff are very knowledgeable and supportive and keep you updated with what each step occurs. NHMS give a fantastic service and would definitely recommend and use again.

I would recommend NHMS. They kept in regular contact with me throughout my Mortgage application and kept me fully informed and updated at regular intervals. They provided excellent advice and where able to access various lenders to find the best product for myself. They are efficient and prompt to any responses.

As a first time buyer the entire process of buying a home can be a bit overwhelming but the entire team of NHMS has been brilliant. Nixie was very helpful during the initial process and in getting the ball rolling. Connor has been excellent in understanding my requirements and coming up with offers based on my expectations. He was very patient and made sure all my queries and doubts were cleared. Once we agreed on the mortgage type, Jade took over and helped me get my offer.
