I’ve had an amazing experience from NHMS every time - I’ve used them 3 times now for both my residential and rental property and would not hesitate to return. This time I used them for my new build housemove, my builder recommended me to use them and were pleased to hear I was already an existing customer. Their service is free and all staff I’ve experienced are knowledgable and supportive.

The service from my mortgage advisor Dean Jeffery has been above and beyond services I’ve received from independent advisors, he has recommended the best options to suit my needs and has taken the time (time and time again) to explain things clearly to me so I understand every part of the process and make me feel comfortable and supported.

Dean has made what is a really stressful time, very easy for me and I can’t recommend Dean and the team enough! He has picked up any questions or updates very quickly and been always on the case to make sure I am in the best position - as the rate has changed twice since we put through the original paperwork Dean has changed this which has made a good difference to my future mortgage payments. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I appreciate all the help provided by Dean and the team to get me the best possible mortgage ☺️
