Next Step Snagging Arvostelua

A most professional service from initial enquiry to receipt of report. I was cautious about buying a brand new property as have known many friends to have issues from the very start. However using this company gave me the peace of mind and assurance together with very valuable information on defects that I would never have detected and have the builder resolve them unless I had the benefit of using this company. It was so easy to then present the report to my builder to resolve everything without challenge. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan's professionalism and attention to detail during the snagging process were highly commendable. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of similar services for their new home.

The report provided was easy to understand and Rayan even followed up to go over the report. cannot ask for better customer service.

Great service. Ryan spotted many things with the new house that I would never have noticed. The report was very useful and also the guidance and advice on how to resolve the defects and deal with the developers was brilliant.

Thank you Ryan for a very thorough report supplied by the end of the same day for new build snagging. Great communication and follow up. I would recommend their services.

Excellent service. I was very impressed by the time he took. Would recommend him to all my friends and family.

We’ve just received the report from Ryan and all I can say it’s how fantastic it is.
Detailed, every point noted with a marked picture and clear description.
Ryan found 287 ítems with 7 of them being major things that need fixing immediately.
Ryan construction knowledge is second to none.
If you’re looking for a Snagging inspector look no further. 10/10

Ryan was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was very promptly able to produce me a full snag list of items I would have never known are issues. Very impressed with the service and looking forward to seeing him again once the developer has rectified. Would recommend to anyone moving into a new build or carrying out extension/refurbishment works.

I used Ryan from Next Step Snagging as I had some issues with my new build. He did a fantastic job, was very thorough and gave me a written report highlighting the snags, many of which I hadn’t noticed. I am now seeking some action from the builders after presenting the report to them. It is so worth the money to have your house professionally checked over by an outside professional.

We had Ryan over recently to do a snagging inspection on our new home in Ascot.
From the first moment contacting Ryan the service was amazing.
He turned up at the agreed time and spent the whole day examining every part of our property. 232 ítems found in total with 200 of them being things we hadn’t found previously.
We couldn’t thank you enough for the detail and time taken to ensure our home can now be sorted under warranty without any nasty surprises in the future

A full day's work, very thorough, very polite and responsive. We ordered a post-completion inspection, if you are tired and frustrated by your move and just need someone else to worry about finding snagging with your new property, Ryan from Next Step Snagging is what you need to take the further stress away. Ryan's expertise and site knowledge finds things you just wouldn't find yourself and the formal report helps with extra support with getting things fixed. The report is easy to read and well formatted in a PDF format. Thanks Ryan.

Great experience with next step snagging, very professional and easy to talk to about my new home.
Would recommend to friends and family as it went so well
Many thanks to Next Step Snagging

Ryan arrived at our house at 10.00am in the morning and was still there at 7.00pm in the evening finishing off. He was so thorough checking the quality of all the works carried out by our supposed 5* Builders and identified many small things that we would not have even noticed, but also some important things that would have caused significant problems further down the line. Having investigated a number of similar companies, I can thoroughly recommend him for his attention to detail and value for money. He provided an excellent report within 24 hours of completion. Great job!!

We had Ryan round to snag our new build the other week. Fantastic service, great price and brilliant industry knowledge. The whole service has been 5 star

Absolutely delighted with the snagging service I used for my recently purchased new build property!

What impressed me the most was the comprehensive report they provided. It was a fully detailed breakdown outlining every issue thst needed attention.

The team was friendly, approachable, and addressed all my queries promptly.

I can't recommend this snagging service enough! If you're looking for a reliable snagging service.

look no further.

Me and my partner came to Next Step Snagging whilst in the process of buying our first home together. We were told by family members that when buying a house we could be left with a lot of faults and defects that are easily missed by the untrained eye that could, with time, lower the value of the house and cause us issues down the road.

We looked online to find a company that checks properties for any problems and found just that in Next Step Snagging. I emailed Ryan asking about the services provided and (obviously) how much this would all cost us. One week later he’s inspecting the property for us.

In the end he found over 150 snags, some minor and some more serious which we would never have found had we not used him. Worth every penny, all the problems are in the process of being fixed and we will be moving with full confidence that our house is up to scratch.

We very recently had Ryan of NextStep round to survey our new home we moved into last month. I was so impressed with his proffesionalism and attention to detail I was compelled to leave my first ever trust pilot review just as an added thank you! He was polite, had construction knowledge in abundance and took the time to explain to us the defects that had the potential to really cause us problems in the future, of which we were completely oblivious to! The value for money from this service when you consider savings from future defects makes it a no brainer.

You recieve a very in depth report at the end of the survey that you can just hand to the developer for them to take care of. I already have Ryan booked back in for a follow up survey next month to check the developer has carried out all the remediation work to the correct standard. Would recommend to all new home buyers.

Really thorough snagging report and professional from start to finish. Can’t recommend Ryan enough.

Very pleased with the snagging service provided to me and my partner.
Each step was extremely easy and now I have a full report. Ryan called me after the inspection and took the time to go through each and every snag found which is just brilliant customer service

Thanks once again Ryan! Lovely to meet you

I had Next Step Snagging over to my 2 bedroom apartment yesterday in Winchester.
I live abroad so couldn’t be there to check over my property so needed someone to do it for me.
Booking was very easy via the website. Ryan (the inspector) met my friend at the property at the agreed time.
I had a brilliant report sent through to me within 24 hours with everything detailed and recorded with pictures.
Makes my life so much easier being able to go to the developer with a clear list.
Safe to say there were a lot of issues with my new build.

I had Ryan round to my house today to undertake a snagging inspection on my new build. His developer insight chat prior to the inspection was excellent, full of really useful advice (do’s and don’ts) when talking to the developers. Ryan spent four to five hours snagging every part of the house, used a thermal imaging device and put up a drone to check the roof from above, very, very thorough inspection. Ryan picked up things I wouldn’t have known about it or even considered. He was very knowledgeable and professional so glad we booked him. I would thoroughly recommend Next Step Snagging to anyone in a new build who wants a professional and thorough inspection of any snagging which needs addressing.I have just received a very comprehensive report from him, excellent service.
