Next Step Snagging Arvostelua

I cannot recommend Ryan and Next Steps Snagging highly enough! Ahead of our appointment he spotted that I had booked the wrong type of survey (oops) and called me immediately to explain the different types and the one I actually needed, which I really appreciated. On the day - thorough is not a good enough word! He spent all day at my house checking it over and the report that followed was very clearly broken down by room and type of issue. Whilst there, he gave my partner and I tips about things to consider moving into a new build that hadn’t even crossed our minds. There is a lot of choice of snagging companies out there - but I am so glad I went with this one. I cannot fault Ryan, he was brilliant. Do not hesitate to use Next Step Snagging!

Ryan did a fantastic job and was professional. He covered all the areas and provided us extensive feedback and notes on what needs to be done and improved.

I would definitely recommend Ryan and would like to use his services in the future.

Ryan’s attention to detail was outstanding. Communication before the visit was clear and professional, and during the snagging process his thoroughness and dedication really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure nothing was missed.

Ryan recently snagged our new build home and we found him absolutely brilliant.
From communication prior to arriving and being so helpful on the day, explaining exactly what he was seeing and taking all our questions with ease - kind and friendly. Report came back in a very quick time too. Would high recommend

Amazing from start to finish. Ryan found a multitude of issues with my so called 5 star builder, including an issue with the roof structure which could have proved fatal had it gone unnoticed. I cannot thank him enough. Professional from the very first call to explaining the snags I didn't understand. A true gent and a clear master of his craft. Thank you Ryan - The Stokes family.

We had Ryan, the owner of Next Step Snagging, carry out a post-completion inspection on our new build home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly thorough, meticulous, and clearly very knowledgeable. Ryan was also kind, courteous, and highly professional throughout the visit.

The whole process — from booking through the online calendar to receiving updates and communication — was seamless and efficient. He provided plenty of helpful advice and support, and it was clear he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the service he provides.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Next Step Snagging to anyone looking for a reliable and detailed snagging inspection.

Ryan from Next step Snagging is absolutely great at what he does. He is very thorough. Also had time to explain how the builder was meant to do it and how they can fix it. Highly recommend his services to any person buying a new build.

Thanks again for your hard work at our house.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond Ryan. I will work on putting this in place. Thanks once again. Your tips are appreciated.

Ryan recently completed a snagging survey on our new build property. He was very helpful and explained all the snags. Communication from our initial enquiry to booking and then getting the report was clear and timely. He was extremely thorough and we will be recommending him to our neighbours.

I recently had Ryan carry out a snagging inspection on my new build property and the service received was exceptional.

Ryan was extremely thorough and made me feel reassured and talked me through the whole process. He was also super efficient and after a full day at the property, he sent across the report the same evening.

I can’t thank Ryan enough the time and effort he put in to inspect and identify issues. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a snagging inspection and I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided.

Ryan was incredible from start to finish. Clear direct I communication and instantly to hand when needed.
The report was unbelievably detailed and went way above expectations.
He not only identified the tinniest inconsistencies but uncovered some major issues that would have been a real problem had they not become apparent pre exchange.
Stop your search here and hire this guy.

Efficient, competitive quote and proactive.

Snagging of 8 units including communal areas and external - competed perfectly and reports provided within 24hours. Also worked with us to get the completion over the line. Would highly recommend

From start to finish, the experience with Next Step Snagging was completely professional. I came across them online alongside several other surveying firms, but Ryan immediately stood out thanks to his personal approach and willingness to guide me through which type of survey would best suit my needs. In contrast, many others felt impersonal and focused solely on providing a quote.

Throughout the process of my house purchase, Ryan regularly checked in and stayed in touch. As soon as my completion dates began to take shape, he made sure to fit me into his already busy schedule.

As someone who is self-employed, I particularly appreciated his flexibility in arranging a time that didn’t interfere with my own workload. That level of consideration was both thoughtful and incredibly helpful.

On the day of the inspection, Ryan was meticulous—working from top to bottom, identifying issues I never would have thought to check myself. He remained professional yet approachable throughout, taking his time and ensuring nothing was rushed. Despite working over the weekend during hours many would consider unsocial, he remained thorough and focused.

The report was delivered within 24 hours and was clear, detailed, and well-structured. I’ll be meeting with the developer next week to resolve the identified snags.

The most important question—would I recommend or use Ryan again? Without hesitation, yes.

Customer service and report was top class, thanks Ryan

Ryan recently completed a pre completion snagging survey on our house.

He was extremely polite and helpful throughout the whole process and helped us pick the correct survey for our needs. His communication was great from start to finish, even after he’d sent us the report with his findings. He identified snags in areas that I wouldn’t have thought to check so I’m very pleased with the service he provided plus he returned the survey report to us within 24 hours so we were able to get snags addressed before completion

I would definitely recommend Ryan to family and friends!

Ryan was punctual and took a full day to meticulously inspect our new build property. He was extremely thorough and we feel so much more reassured about our house now that he has checked everything over. Ryan was really helpful and answered all our questions and talked us though all the key points. I highly recommend Ryan's services to anyone who has just bought a new build and would definitely use his services again.

Ryan recently conducted a snagging survey on our new build in Oxfordshire, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Ryan was extremely polite, discreet and professional. We barely noticed him being around despite spending the best part of a day in our house. He did an extremely thorough job with high attention to detail, which showed in the final report (250+ snags!).

We are really happy with the final report and although no major snags were found, feel a real peace of mind that we have raised everything possible for our developers to rectify, allowing us to enjoy our new home stress free. The report is also in a great format and we are planning to print it off and use as a tick list as and when the snags get rectified! We would highly recommend the services of Next Step Snagging to any new build owners looking to get the best out of their new property.

We recently appointed Ryan from Next Step Snagging to conduct a post move-in snagging survey, and we are incredibly glad we did! Ryan dedicated a thorough 7 hours at our property, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail throughout the inspection. His expertise was evident as he explained each finding along the way.

One of the most crucial discoveries was made using thermal imaging, which pinpointed a significant leak from our en-suite bathroom. Despite being in the property for only a week, we had completely overlooked this issue. Ryan's timely intervention likely saved us from potential extensive damage in the future.

In total, Ryan identified 207 issues, including some that we had noticed upon moving in. His report was exceptionally detailed, complete with photographs that will undoubtedly assist us in rectifying these issues efficiently. I can confidently say that engaging Next Step Snagging has been the best investment we've made for our new home thus far.

I highly recommend Next Step Snagging for their professionalism, thoroughness, and invaluable service in ensuring our home is in optimal condition. Ryan's expertise has provided us with peace of mind, knowing that our property is now being properly cared for.

Very thorough and knowledgeable, give the guy a call, speak to him and you’ll see your in good hand, buying a property is a big purchase and often snagging reports are missed of and done under pressure of time. Ryans report is meticulous and he picked out over 215 issues on something that looked acceptable to me. I felt relaxed with Ryan in my home , he’s happy to explain thing and even advised on new home care which is critical. All in all 10/10 service. I might just call him back at the end of the 2 year warranty period for a once over. Money well spent.

Ryan was incredible from start to finish. Always keeping an open line of communication, allowed us to feel confident in the process.
His attention to detail is admirable!
I’m so glad we chose Next Step Snagging as our first choice, he really didn’t disappoint.
We received a thorough, detailed report the same evening which put our minds at ease straight away and Ryan has always maintained an open line of communication regarding any questions or concerns we may wish to discuss with him.
The best choice we could’ve made, thank you Ryan 😃
