Unceasing spam emails of absolutely no value whatsoever

This is the kind of gossip forum that exists merely for people with nothing better to do than to talk about others behind their back

One of the worst if not the worst app in the world, horruble experiemce, account suspended, ni customer service. Dead app

Zero stars and then will delete to see what other problems I will incur. This app is not suppose to be active if it is not working properly. I will have to delete it because I cannot post anything on there.

All the negative comments about content bear out my experience. Worse still is an inability to get rid of it. It’s like a pernicious skin disease that keeps coming back. I’ve unsubscribed and deleted my account and still get emails despite contacting the support team asking them to stop

a man was abusing a elderly woman i told him to take down his post or i would tell everyone what he was doing they then suspended my account without even asking me what happened

there’s also a lot of lunatics promoting murder of innocent people on there not a good thing to be part of

This has got to be one of the worst apps going! It's not an app for the community it's just a load of the forgein element offering cleaning jobs! And the administrators don't deal with it! Ive now deactivated and deleted the app ..... my advice ... don't bother!

Absolute cesspit for racist, ignorant people. If it’s not white or Christian (even though they don’t go to church) it’s a problem. The moderation of these disgusting posts is non-existent.
What’s worse is that the neighbour you say Good Morning to, or kindly take a package in for, could very well be one of these people that hate your existence because your not white, but they will smile in your face all the same. I’ve submitted being to be removed and they join back the very next day. It’s unbelievable than in 2026 apps like this are allowed to exist

The moderators are just left-wing Labour activists. Neighbours' posts are removed just for mentioning nationality or colour as a description. Labour councillors use it as platform to promote their blame Thatcher, blame Trump, blame the rich, and everyone is a racist ideology.

Other parties' posts are removed.

My account got banned. No reason given. They asked for my driving licence to delete my data from their servers. What a joke. Their administration is a mess. Firstly was told that my account had been banned by mistake and that my account would be reinstated. You've guessed it; logged in and found that my account was still banned. When you get an email from them, it always appears to be from Katrina or Ann (familiar names). More than likely some hut in the middle of the Canadian Rockies. Oh well, used to be a good website, but it is now a complete joke.

It is a completely pointless website with either people telling jokes or political garbage written by far left people. I joined for the purpose of seeing whats going on in the neighbourhood. I would not even give them 1 star.
Also if you write about a view, someone will start calling you names and not be barred for it.

Requested clarification, but stonewalled ,advised info couldnt be divulged as sensitive.

Request copy of passport and persondl details. A wholly disproportionate request and possible phissing exercise.

Based on this experience i am unsure if it is leggit or not.

This social media platform is like a cancer that just won’t go away. It’s not even the content people post, it’s the bloody company. Once you make an account, you can NEVER opt out of emails. You THINK you can. I have tried and tried and tried. But no matter how many times I unsubscribe, or adjust my notification settings, they do not care. They will continue to email me stupid updates about absolutely everything.

This has been going on for YEARS. They won’t go away. I hate it. Just make it stop for the love of god

It used to be useful but not it’s too political. Instead of finding a good plumber people consistently put down the President and other people argue. I deleted it recently.

The App is used for "buy and sell goods"; petty issue raised by neighbours.

Too much interference by so called "moderators" who stops / blocks App users accounts" if local or National political issues are discussed. Inconsistent/ Unfair interference by Moderators.

Nextdoor is monitored by the local community. There is considerable bullying and trolling that is never controlled. An individual named Neil Francis, whose black and white photo is at least 40 years old is a persistent nuisance. An absurd dialogue with him was cited as reason to ban an 85 year old woman from the website PERMANENTLY. A woman with a criminal record for stalking and abusing this woman appears to be at the center of constant trolling, abuse and libel. She disappeared for a while and then her 13 year old daughter joined. How could this mother knowingly expose her chid to this high level toxicity?

The Nextdoor website needs to mop up their dysfunctional and highly toxic leaders and monitors an clean up after they have been removed from the site. Or, is this what the website is really all about - toxicity and abuse?

I have used Nextdoor for many years to help people with advice on a variety of topics. Recently I had cause to post re local housing and the causes of supposedly unprecedented demand that does not actually exist. At the time the media were covering a local story of 18 homeless being ejected from their hostel because the Council could no longer fund it, but meantime illegal immigrants were being put up in hotels and given a weekly sum. Considering the global situation, I have then suggested that National Service would enable them to be taught English, a trade and obtain free board and lodging at the same time,with the possible opportunity to help those in the countries from which they came if the necessity arose. This has been labelled as rhetoric and a hate crime and my account has been blocked. I have told them not to bother reopening it.

I'd give a Negative Zero star rating if there was one, NextDoor moderators are lefty and islamist biased, they don't like free speech or the truth and factual news being posted, they block facts and truth they don't like, and disable people's accounts for posting the truth

Its meant to help people, the police gave me the information for this app and told me to join BUT this was the time when we had vile woman hating thug in charge of our local police force
