Great online course. Application process was straightforward and quick, security steps were convenient, and I got what I wanted out of the course.

Hi Shanta, thank you for sharing your experience and we are truly sorry that your insurance provider did not accept the certificate. We do want to clarify that we are a DMV-approved provider — you can verify our listing on the official DMV website. Unfortunately, insurance companies do reserve the right to accept or decline completion certificates, and that is something outside of our control. We're sorry if that was not made clear, and we always encourage our students to confirm acceptance with their insurance provider prior to purchasing. Again, we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused.
First time experience
First time doing this online course and disappointed that it wasn’t like previous courses I’ve taken which were more interactive, videos and people actually talking as opposed to all reading with this course. One module in particular had 7 different segments which was a LOT to read and try to memorize.
When I was taking part of the course I did not have access to a printer to print out sheets.
