Great online course. Application process was straightforward and quick, security steps were convenient, and I got what I wanted out of the course.

It didn’t work
It didn’t work. I had a problem the first day and I contacted you and you wouldn’t give me your money back, so I’m definitely not recommending you to anyone ever. I took it somewhere else and it was working and easy to use. This was my worst user experience.

Hi there, thank you for your patience. Your refund has been processed — please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear in your bank account. Please note that timing may vary depending on your financial institution and any processing delays on their end. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
The material was informative but in the beginning there were statements made making it uncomfortable. I was more concerned about being able to continue than I was about answering questions.
The material was informative but in the beginning I was more concerned by not being able to continue or having to start over or not finishing in time etc. This based on some of the statements made.

Too Much Time Required
While a lot of the material is repetitive a lot of it is worth reviewing. The only negative thing I would say about it is the amount of time that it takes to complete the course. There is no other part of the qualifying stage (learner’s permit, driving test) that requires this much effort. So I think it’s WAY TOO MUCH time.

It would take too long per page even after the audio stops or you've read the page sometimes you still have to wait minutes before going to the next page.

Hi Lucas, thank you for the review! We wanted to clarify that the timing you experienced is due to mandatory time requirements that we must adhere to in order to offer this course. The timers are in place to ensure that students complete the full 6 hours of content, as required by the state. We appreciate your patience and understanding with that!

Program got stuck. Had to cancel.
I was only about an hour into the course when it got stuck. It told me I completed the section, but no matter what I tried, it wouldn't progress me to the next section. Customer Service was no help. They couldn't bump it or whatever to force it to continue, so I requested a refund. They didn't refund me the whole amount. I found another site and was able to successfully complete the course without having to take those tricky questions you need to answer correctly or pay extra to retake it.
