Horrible!!! Not even two days and the gold came of the ring!!!! Lousy product, I understand it’s not real gold but bathed in gold, but it should last at least a decent amount of time. Don’t waste your $42+ dollars, definitely not worth it

The website was straightforward and really easy to use.

The website keeps changing screen whilst trying to put details in. Trying to find your item to purchase takes sometime very frustrating.

Very easy to order. Sorry only 4 star, nothings a 5 star until I receive the product and see it for myself.

Ordered a Christmas present in mid November with a projected two week delivery timeline. Writing this review on New Year's Eve and it still isn't even close to being delivered. Waste of money, typical Instagram advertising con merchants.

My own fault, I should learn.

Buyer beware. All their Christmas ornaments are shown as 3D objects on the web site and if you think that is what you get- think again. All ornaments are 2 dimensional. They are merely pictures of the object put in between a piece of hard plastic. They are selling them for $38.00 AUD , you can buy the exact same thing on Temu for only $3.00 AUD. Temu TELL you that the item is 2 dimensional.
And then when you try to return your purchase they dont give you the return address. Complete rip off. Avoid at all cost.

I’m writing about the product. I bought the Xmas ornament of a couple in Xmas pj’s. It’s cheap, thin plastic and not worth the price. I was extremely disappointed

Ordered an adult XL, got a shirt the size of a medium - looks like they are using an Asian standard for sizes which are much, much smaller than American. Was able to reorder a 3XL, was charged an additional $8 but at least the new 3XL shirt is the size of a standard American XL. Keep sizes in mind when ordering anything from Pacific Rim based makers.

I ordered a memorial Ornament for my cat. It arrived in a few weeks and the image was beautiful as was the Ornament itself. I was very happy.

It was easy to navigate the customization. I’m anxious to receive it.

Very disappointed. Why would you ask for names if you don’t print them on the ornament? I bought two items and you sent them empty with two pens… expecting me to write them??? Why didn’t you disclose this when I made the purchase?
