Do NOT, order from this company. When I got what I ordered, it looked liked something you would give a child. It was a phone case. Requested a refund, I know you aren't surprised, never received a refund.

I ordered an item on February 23rd and unfortunately, never delivered.
I tracked shipment on March 17th and it showed out for delivery.
March 18th it showed it was being returned to sender for "failed delivery attempt". They claim they couldn't find my home. When I requested a refund and went through multiple email exchanges with "Jan" in Customer Support, she sent me a picture of a dirt lot and told me my home doesn't show on Google Maps. Home was built in 2024.
Fed Ex ,UPS and USPS have all been able to locate my home so not sure what delivery service they use not to mention, no one ever called to try to deliver my package.
Also, I didn't realize this was coming from overseas so buyer beware.
I am now disputing the charge and will never order from this company again.

I recommend to any one not to spend money on bakven products it’s completely different than they advertised with high price and cheap materials plus shipping dealy this is my experience !

I bought a keychain and it doesn't look like on the website. I got a photo in plexiglass. I advise against shopping with this store.

I didn’t think the quality was as nice as it is advertised. I thought it was going to be a glass ornament , but it wasn’t.
It was a cheap plastic container that arrived unsealed & open so the picture inside was not straight .
I ordered several , they looked like they were just thrown into the box .
The strings sent to hold the ornaments were very thin & all tangled in a box .
They were not even put in the ornaments, so I had to figure that out .
It was all cheap supplies that were used , not worth the money at all !!
Very disappointing!! ☹️

The product does not look like the picture its flat cheap plastic It was of my deceased husband You could not even read his name looked upside down just can't make it out I bought 2 for 50.00 and some change Not pleased I want a Refund !! This company is a fraud. Product displayed at 3-D, but in reality is a simply, flat piece of plastic/lucite.

Too expensive for what they send out.

My card was charged on 1/17/26 for a purchase of a case for my Samsung S25+. It is now 2/09/26 and using their lousy tracking site the item is showing as waiting to be picked up by carrier. I have emailed them twice and been told their was an issue and it hat to be re-done. I think that is a lot of BS and have asked for a refund which they will not do. Lousy company to deal with do not use.

Big scammers. So sad thieves are allowed to still your money nowadays and there is nothing you can do about it. The products they sale are fake, not even close to the ones you see as advertised. The item you delivered is fake! It's not the actual tiny drum set that I was expecting! It's just plastic. I was really disappointed and and not happy with the item. Please don't fool your customers just to make profit.

Total scam...I ordered what looks like a statue and what I got was a piece of cardboard...one dimensional... Nothing like what they portray and a total ripoff.

The product looked nothing like what was pictured. The picture showed a 3D image. What I received was a 2D shrinky dink.

This company advertises one product then sends you a cheaper and modified version of what they advertised. Worst, when you bring it up to their attention, they insult you by offering you a 10% refund. I requested and got a full refund through my credit card company. Never again, I will order from this company again.
