Fake company!!! I never received an email to begin with, the shipping took ages, the product is fake and they want me to pay them much money for absolutely nothing! According to their website you can email them, problem is that the email only bounce back…. 🙄 Wish I read trustpilot before buying something from this shitty company, they steal your money!

It was easy to order was able to use PayPal, was posted all along with tracking and received it in a timely fashion and it was exactly what I expected. Thank you.

Do not order from this store. They said my order was delivered. Never received anything. I emailed them five times, with no response. I give this store one star just because I have to to leave a review…

I order a product which is fake en dangerous to put on your skin. I email the company butter they never answered. Today is 1 week ago and still no answer! Iam gonna put bad revieuws untill i get my money back. Lets do it al together, this has to stop!!!

Item arrived after 3-4 weeks, no tracking available, product doesn’t do what it’s supposed to so emailed to ask for a refund but no response! I wouldn’t buy from this company as you don’t seem to get what you order and no customer service either!

Like everyone else who has reviewed this site we have been supplied with less than we paid for. I live in Australia, ordered and paid in US$ for 3 boxes of 4 candles. Delivered from China 2 weeks later were3 candles. Attempts to contact customer service have achieved nothing - no reply whatsoever and the company has recorded that my order has been delivered. I will continue to chase my missing items but cannot recommend that anyone buy from this site.
Update at 12 January - still no satisfaction as customer service in China can't read English. They sent me the delivery record AGAIN! I've told them 6 times that they delivered 3 candles not 12 but they don't understand the problem. DON"T BUY THERE! IT'S A NIGHTMARE!

Ordered goods a month ago and still not received them. Items shipped from China and then no tracking. Now been told to wait another 15 days....going to flag it with my credit card company

have ordered a christmas bell door decoration but what had arrived a bell printed in a curtain. Email keep on failure send, messenger no answer, customer mail center no answer. Avoid this company they are scamming people

He comprado un reloj para mi hijo, hubo un problema con la direccion de envio, he escrito a atención al cliente y la respuesta ha sido, lo sentimos no podemos hacer nada, la dirección de envio era la de mi ex marido, el no recibió el paquete, y fue devuelto. pero ni me devuelven el dinero, ni envían el paquete a la dirección correcta que es a 600mts de la otra. y no me responden mas en atención al cliente. Fatal la atención al cliente de este sitio y no me han devuelto el dinero
