Did NOT receive order. I will be contacting my bank to file a fraud complaint.

I was promised that I would have the item purchased by 2-14-2026 and it is now 2-26-2026 and I still do not have it.

I ordered two mugs, one arrived broken, I sent a photo, no news.
I sent again an email, still no news.
Super bad customer service

U suck I ordered a cup for valentine day I still don’t have it over 3 weeks I emailed you guys u don’t answer I will never order nothing from you again n I will tell everyone I know about my experience

I ordered the Natural shade, I tried kit on straight away ( I have to say it felt amazing on my skin) and there was no difference to the colour of my skin which was very disappointing. Then my daughter arrived and she started laughing saying what have you put on your face it is as white as a geisha girl. Then she tried it on as we are same skin colour and same thing happened to her.As you only have 3 colours to choose from I was not game enough to try the dark choice, so very disappointed in my purchase. 1 was going to rate is a 2 or 3 but because it felt so nice I decided to rate it at a 4.

It took a long time to be delivered (China). Came with no instructions - nothing. It works, but it leaves a small puddle after it drains, because it doesn't sit flush with the drain. But it works.

The conformation email part of the address was left off. I immediately responded to the email. It says someone will respond in 24-48 hours. It’s now been 5 days 120 hours and no one has responded. There’s no number to call.

This is a FAKE company! They do not respond to emails, their is no phone number to contact them, they do not send confirmation emails of items being ordered or shipped! I lost 32.00 to this FAKE @$$ COMPANY!!!

She was very helpful and understood what I was saying and she was very nice

When checking out I didn't have a choice but to choose two of the same product, which I only wanted one. I'm not happy with the product at all, it doesn't change colour to my skin. My face ends up white and not covered as per advert. I have sent several emails to Newsparkings for assistance and no one has ever replied. DIsappointed in both the product and service.

If I could give 0 I would, nothing like I expected. I have emailed and no response absolutely rubbish to say the least, stay well clear, I wish I had looked at the reviews before I bought.

Biggest ripoff company around. Forgot to research them..paid $32 (discounted!l) for 2 in 1 foundation PLUS $10 delivery. Yes I finally got it but found SAME product to a T on Temu plus free delivery. Products are EXACTLY the same just a different brand name which many warehouses have their own brand..yet same manufacturer in China.Have fotos of both theirs and Temu's if needed.
AVOID this site at all costs.

After about 38 days it just stopped working! You get what you pay for!!!
