Die Übungen als solche sind sicherlich interessant und kurzweilig. Das Problem ist jedoch der schlechte Support. Ich habe seit zwei Monaten ein Familien-Premium-Abo.

Wenn man sein Problem per Email schildert, dauert es meist mehrere Tage, bis überhaupt eine Antwort kommt. Oft zunächst nur eine Standard-Rückfrage, ob man das Problem vielleicht inzwischen selbst lösen konnte?

Nur wenn man diese Rückfrage verneint, dauert es erneut einige Tage, bis eine finale Antwort kommt, doch das Problem wird trotzdem nicht gelöst.

Mein Premium-Abo wird zwar in der Android-App erkannt, aber in der Browser-Version erkennt mein Konto das Premium-Abo nicht.

Ich warte nun seit zwei Monaten vergeblich auf eine Lösung.

Totally disgusting customer service. The free trial isn't free. They take the payment. When you try to resolve the issue they blame Google pay but keep the money. I cancelled my subscription and they still kept the money. They even reversed a bank credit to retake the money. Totally awful company. I wouldn't trust them. DOUBLE SCAMMERS!
