I use neuronation for a long time and it is a very great brain workout.

they don’t know how to set up a trial in the App Store, as I’ve done with many other apps, and took the money straight away. They just told me it was nothing to do with them. I have to talk to Apple. Clearly, this is an ongoing problem as there have been several reviews making the same point. The Internet relies on Trust, especially when I give people my credit card, and this has broken my trust.

Mir geht es nicht um die Übungen, sondern um den technischen Support. Nachdem ich ohne Probleme ca drei Wochen mit der Premiumversion trainiert hatte, konnte ich mich plötzlich nicht mehr auf meinem neuen Account anmelden. Ich landete immer wieder auf einem alten (vor mehreren Jahren gekündigt) und wurde aufgefordert, die Premiumversion zu kaufen. Aber das hatte ich ja bereits getan auf meinem neuen Account. Ich meldete mein Problem dem Support und es wurde erst einmal angezweifelt, dass ich die Premiumversion überhaupt erworben hatte. Dies wies ich durch den PayPal - Beleg nach. Dann hörte ich nichts mehr und fragte erneut nach, wurde wieder aufgefordert einen Kaufbeleg zu senden. Also sendete ich meine Belege erneut. Daraufhin erhielt ich eine E- Mail mit der Behauptung, ich hätte nicht auf diese Aufforderung reagiert. Fakt ist, obwohl ich die Premiumversion im März 26 gekauft habe, kann ich nicht auf sie zugreifen, weil ich mich nicht mehr auf meinem Account anmelden kann und Neuronation hat das Problem bisher nicht gelöst.

Neuronation verweigert die Kommunikation
Nachdem ich neuronation med über die Internetseite unter meinem Klarnamen gebucht und per Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte (229€) wurde mir ein Freischaltcode per eMail zugesagt, der nie bei mir ankam. Ich habe bei der Reklamationsadress info@neuronation mehrfach mit allen Angaben reklamiert und keine auf meine Reklamation bezogene Antwort bekommen. Stattdessen die sterotype Antwort es fehlten Informationen (hatte ich schon 5x geschickt) ich solle Details berichten. Zuletzt kam der Hinweis, man würde das Ticket schliessen. Ich habe das chargeback-Verfahren bei meiner Kreditkartenfirma in Gang gesetzt.
Ähnlich undurchsichtig fand ich das Kündigungsverfahren für das automatisch zu einem Abo führende Ausprobieren der neuronation app auf dem Handy.
Entweder ist man bei neuronation absolut unfähig verständliche Kundenkommunikation zu betreiben oder das ist eine Masche um unrechtmässig zu Geld zu gelangen. Finde beides schlimm.
Zusatz nach der Antwort unten:
Warum kommt eine solche Antwort erst nach einer solchen Bewertung und nicht gleich nach einer meiner vielen ausführlichen Beschwerden? Komisch, ich war in dem Prozess nach einer Weile auch von jemand im Kundenservice persönlich angeschrieben worden, aber bekam auch da KEINE Antwort mehr. Warum soll ich jetzt dem Angebot hier vertrauen?
Und lesen können die auch nicht, ich habe unter Klarnamen gebucht und das in meinen reklamationen und oben oben auch geschrieben.

lastly, I rated with 1 star because the parallel something that I need to respond according to the selected images and the same ringtone repeated twice as quickly as possible, but there is a extremely short time which I can NOT respond to tab the phone even I realize that I need to respond. But this time, I would rate it with 4 stars, since I moved the envrionment from my phone to PC, and it looks good UX. But there is a problem, I am Korean, and I want this app to handles Korean language in PC environment which does not support now. So I can not test myself on word relating training courses. Anything other than this, is fine. I think this is a good program to train myself.

Having been using Neuronation for almost 2 years, must say it is one of the best apps/websites to level up your brain training routine!

The sessions are always fun, and they feel tailored to your needs.

It's very helpful to practice before doing an important task. Feels very productive and helps me feel more cognitively functioning every time I use it.

The visuals are the most charming I have seen, making every session enjoyable.
Plus, it includes math games, which are rare in similar apps.
Additionally , considers user preferences, and needs, letting you give input – something few apps offer.
Overall, it is delightful, well rounded brain training experience
