I accidentally clicked for monthly subscription other than what is actually focused.
I communicated my issue with the Neuroflowacademy supporting team, and this is a new experience for me.
The facilitator addressed the issue very politely, intelligently proposing me alternative option and when I requested something new very proffessional manner the facilitator fixed my issue giving me 3 month of grace period instead of one month. I am excited, highly appreciated.
This is what we expect from our service providers, that is to selling goods & services based customer preferences while addressing customer needs. Rarely we meet this nature service providers. The team listen to me and executed with alternative options within short period. Exactly genuine, Great environment. Warm wishes from Sri Lankan end.

Before paying 8 euros for their Claude guide, I checked the Terms and Conditions for any fine print. A line read similar to, "You agree to additional charges as specified by the seller." But since no amount was mentioned, I assumed it was just generic boilerplate and proceeded with the purchase. Sure enough, four days later, I was hit with an unauthorized 45 euro charge! These people are absolute scammers and need to be reported!

Tuve un cobro no permitido ni solicitado por el suscrito. Ha sido Sofía la que ha encontrado el consenso. A pesar de haber otras opciones similares más económicas y más claras en el Contrato.

Creo que un punto importante sino imprescindible , al menos bajo mi punto de vista. Es el poder aunar a la eficiencia en la resolución de una duda, las formas en la resolución de dicha duda. Requisitos ampliamente satisfechos en mi caso con Sofia.

Assuming all lights of the stars werr lit, I was very satisfied with Sophia handling my complains about the wrongfully pusing of subscription sales and stoping the needlessly emails sent to me about it.

They are perpetrating a scam and a fraudulent practice.
I just came in here to lay my complaints only to find that many other people have had the same experience.
I saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace for a one-time fee of $9 to access to their platform and on route to checkout I rejected every additional request to upgrade or add features. However, a week later $49 was charged to the same card from them
. And when I sent a mail to their mailbox a SOFIA was giving me shifting stories.
I have reported this to the
1. Wyoming Attorney General (Consumer Protection Unit).
2. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Para mi el customer service de una entidad es bien importante. Sofia, ha sido bien atenta y bien dispuesta. Neuroflow tambien me ha brindado alternativa para resolver, y entender la situacion.

Good support, professional and attentive, offering solutions to the raised problems (technical things not working and refund).
