It was cool. At first I thought only 1 video but you can generate many more.

Man lädt Musik hoch, dann werden Bilder generiert und wenn man das Video generieren will soll man plötzlich zahlen. Sound und Daten haben die natürlich dann schon von mir abgegriffen.Ich zahle für nichts wenn ich es vorher nicht ausgiebig testen kann!

I will never waste money on this crappy tool again. Just drains you of credits, with a bad result WAY BEYOND your expectations. A scam if you ask me. Stay away!

Brutally slow, even the smallest edits take a long time, and they still don't look right. Generates typical AI slop. And you have to spend all day going back and fixing bugs. I think it's too soon for this type of service to run smoothly. Has a long way to go. I would give it a couple of years, it's just not there yet.

Not a good platform. You have to pay before you can actually watch your video to make sure it has no issue. The style is horrendous, when my character turned her head, her face glitched in with her shoulder. I just paid for it today and cancelled it today. Waste of $39 bucks. Don't do it.. it's not worth it.

I would give Neural Frames 5 stars except I was never able to use it to its full potential. They are excellent with their customer service, 5 stars for that. I was charged for a 1 year subscription that I had not intended to do so I wrote to the customer service team and within 12 hours had a full refund. Very impressive. I will certainly give it another go in the future perhaps when the platform becomes more user friendly. It could be just me not able to use the prompts properly. But overall, I was happy with my experience with Neural Frames.

If you have a song and want some shiny, colorful pictures without giving a [censored] about the videos story, you probablywill be at the right place. But if you have a personal artistic view of what you want to see, if you have a idea about what should bee seen in that video (and when)... just go elsewhere. Thr AI of neural frames, or better said, the bundle of AI´s, is not capable of simple artistic things. Do you want the same background in two different scenes? Good luck with that. Want to place an object at a certain position? Happy trying. Want to use any basic things like transparent objects or different levels within a scene (e.g., a man stands between a chair (closer to the viewer than the man) and a wall(further away from the viewer than the man)). Funny things are about to happen. Or, without any reason, a character you defined in neural frames itself suddenly wears completly different clothing. Or just simply try to create a thin charakter, not one that looks like comming out of the last bodybuilder magazine. Of course you can try and fix this. Of course this one fix does not cost much money. But 50 do. Or 100. Or 500. Because these are the numbers you have to calculate for a 4 minute video. And it does not matter if you failed or the AI does something it is not supposed to do (like changing defined charakters). Always click that "recreate" button, always pay. Before neural frames I did a lot of videomaking, cutting and editing the "classical way", mostly in the gaming genre. NF was the most frustrating experience concerning that kind of work.

I’ve been using it for a while, I’ll pay a monthly subscription and to create one video that cost £30. I have easily spent £90 in one day. it’s a lot of money and the amount of mistakes and when the character doesn’t look right. I’m usually lumbered with a crappy video. desperately seeking an alternative that is easy to use. I have noticed quite a lot of these AI apps try to rip you off.

I like how it puts it into scenes before you make the choice but either the ai is young or its done on purpose but the characters clothes arnt consistent, towards the ends scenes the woman i was suppose to meet had a white jacket, then in next scene she was wearing black and in the final scene she was wearing a silver jacket. It gets you to spend credits changing the scene fixing THIER MISTAKE.

I was not happy with the result, contacted them and they refunded me in no time. Was really surprised after reading some of the negative reviews here. Will be using their services again in the future.

Update: I forgot to mention that I have used their services before and produced incredible result. This time was different and they refunded me without any questions.

Their customer support is the sole reason this isnt a 1 star review. they are very good. But the platform itself is not. I needed them for the entire 2 songs that i tried to do lyric videos with but honestly i just sent them to my band for laughs becuase it was so off it wasnt even funny. well i guess it was funny. I tried this once, ran through my initial credits i paid for almost instantly then paid freakin 40$ more and i regret doing that. Capcut is where its at just saying

It was useless—I made my first subscription just to see how the platform worked. I paid €20 and I can’t even download the video I was editing. Many of the functions, like changing a keyframe, said they cost no credits (credit: 0), but after just a few clicks it was actually deducting credits from the ones I had purchased with my subscription. It’s a complete scam: they make you pay just to use the platform, and in the end you’re left with nothing.

Great staff and really good tool for ai video making. But support here is why i Give 5 stars

I uploaded my song, and Neural Frames did the rest.
It recognized the lyrics automatically, suggested the scenes and even the character - everything looked great right away.
After one click on “Create video”, it generated the full music video - smooth, emotional, and exactly on point.

I spent around $100 to create a lip-sync music video, and the results were atrocious. The system made constant mistakes, and to fix them I had to spend even more credits. In the end, I barely managed to get a decent video. I honestly don’t recommend NeuralFrames and seriously regret spending my money there.

They had a error in the billing system where pauses did not work. They supposedly sent out a notice about this that I missed, I didn't have a fix automatically applied to my account and I didn't take any steps until I was billed when I thought I shouldn't have been from the pause. They quickly refunded me and had no problems with me not acknowledging their notice they still honored the principle of what I intended to do which is what really matters. The customer service responded to me within minutes and everything was fixed I'm so happy.

To the haters who give Neural Frames one star, I say you're lazy. Nothing worthwhile works out of the box - you need to LEARN how to use it the right way and that takes time and patience. Do you seriously think you could pick up a saxophone with no experience and expect to play like Dave Brubeck the next day? Sure, at the beginning I had some unexpected results, but after learning the program carefully it's clear you need to have the patience to instruct it carefully and in detail. When you do, the results are far in excess of not only of other similar platforms, but of your own expectations.

I’m really impressed with Neural Frames! Being able to create a fully personalized music video in just minutes feels almost magical 🤩 The quality is excellent, the workflow is super smooth, and the results are stunning.

On top of that, the support team is outstanding — they responded instantly, clarified everything clearly, and even went the extra mile to add credits so I could finish my project without delay.

It’s rare to find both a great product and such caring support in one place. Highly recommended! 💜
