DONT BUT THIS PRODUCT. A REAL SCAM NuroDerma.ca is not a Canadian website!!! Shipping is from China and there is no indication that the funds are in USA dollars until you have bought this product. Even the invoice shows the $ amount but not in USA $ until you are charged which is $1.30/ CDN more than you think. PLUS THEY also charged an extended warranty which i did not purchase. My $180.00 purchase turned into a $270 purchase! I questioned it and they never ever responded to me. Trust me... stay away from this company. Thieves!!

SCAM! THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY THEN WITHDREW THE SAME FUNDS THE NEXT DAY!!! FILED A FRAUD REPORT WITH MY BANK. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB.

This is a great device for home use. Delivery from the USA to the UK was very fast, just a few days.
1. It is painful, same as make this in professional laser treatments.
2. Results take time, just like with professional laser procedures.
3. Healing depends on what you treat. For example, a small mole on my face took about 5 days to heal initially and around 3 weeks for the scar to fully form after the fresh injury disappeared.

If you know what to expect and understand the procedure, this device can be a real game changer.

Neuderma Beauty Mole Removal Sweet Spot Pen does what it is advertised to do. It does the job well. It is a good product. Use with caution since the pen gets very hot. It is better than freezing, if used correctly, because you don't have to keep refilling it. You charge it up using a USB. Simple to use. I would recommend the product. Use with care since it uses electrical current.
