Thats is disappointed fake page. I ordered plasma pen on 5th of December. Until now no movement... nobody chat on chat even if you can see they are there(green light shows),
Nobody answering in any email...
People, don't buy anyin this page!!!they just taking your money thats all... totally scam!!!

I used the pen once now it won't charge . I have been trying to get feedback from the company however no response from the chat. I'm totally disappointed.

I used it a few times for skin tags, it worked well. Then it stopped working. I emailed the company who pretty quickly responded and told me to charge it with a different cable. I tried and it didn’t work. I wrote to let them know…, no response.
Edit: I was finally shipped a new pen because I was under warranty (just barely, after the 2 1/2 weeks of back and forth via email. Had they dragged their feet a bit more, I would not have been under warranty). The communication with the company is poor and at times insulting.

I have mixed reviews as the Plasma pen works good enough but once you use your needles don't expect to get refills. The company never has them in stock. I have waited almost a year now and they keep telling me they will restock "soon" but still nothing. Plus the only way to reach customer service is by "chat" which is actually sent by email and responses can take up to a week. At this point I would rather pay a little more for reliable customer service and the ability to get refills on the needle tips. As of right now the Snow Skin Plasma Pen is useless.

Four days ago, I used the Snow plasma pen to remove two tiny acrochordons, which are collagen-induced skin tags. They were in the crease of my eyelid so they weren’t noticeable but I knew they were there. I bought the pen in 2021 and I only used it once but I recently saw a video on IG of a woman getting her skin tags removed by a clinical professional with a plasma pen just like mine and I thought, “I can do that!” So I did it, four days ago. And the skin tags are gone! I’m currently using the pen to remove a tattoo I also got in 2021. Surprisingly, the plasma-burn procedure is low-pain. On a pain scale of 0-10 (0=no pain; 10=most pain), the pain is about a 3. I’m excited to use the pen more now that I see how easy it is to use. I just needed a valid reason to self-motivate and I’m glad I finally did.

Very very bad customer service. No phone number to call. When I email or reach out via their website, no one answers you. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS company.

I received an incomplete kit and emailed them 5 times in the past 6 weeks, and left message on their website. There is no tel number for this company. They wont geet back to me and I cant use what I bought. Its so frustrating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Amazing pen with amazing results. Ill be a long term user of this product. Im saving thousands by doing it myself in the comfort of my own home. Just ordered more needles.

I cannot lie, I was a bit intimidated, when I first received my Snow Fibroblast Plasma pen. There is not a whole lot of information, available, when it comes to doing a treatment like this. However, being someone who has a passion for DIY beauty, I was determined. I am so glad I worked up the courage to use it, because it was actually so much easier than I was expecting. Extremely easy to put together, as well. I had no complications what so ever, besides what might be expected, when doing something like this. Tip: use fans to help blow the smoke away from your eyes :) 7 days, after doing the treatment on my neck, all my little scabby marks fell off, just like they were suppose to. Now, just so you know, there was discoloration afterwards, but this is to be expected throughout the healing process. It can take 12 weeks to heal and to start seeing results. I’m almost two months into healing and the marks are starting to fade. I continue to properly care for it, because the skin on my neck is new, fresh skin. I keep it nice and moisturized and sunscreen is a must. It’s important to understand that this kind of treatment does not offer instant results. Patience is key. I’m already super excited about trying it again, but I’m trying to give my skin some time to heal. Oooooh, and also, the individual who helped me out, is so very kind. I have used the Snow Fibroblast Plasma Pen on my neck. I was hesitant at first because I have read some with bad experience with it. But with my thorough research and learning more on this device and the science behind it I became confident and did my treatment on my neck which I’m glad I didn’t just read and believed on negative reviews.
Using this device takes a lot of understanding about how it works and condition of skin that you wanted to treat is important. When I did my treatment on my neck I know there will be a downtime so I prepared myself for that. It will take several treatments also to get best results. My downtime was about three months. First month, my neck has brown spots which I expected. I used scarf to cover when I go out by second week I can cover with just a light foundation. By third month there’s still few marks but not noticeable. I’m 63 years old and my neck has improved. I’m embracing aging but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to put a fight to slow down sagging, wrinkling skin.

I use my Snow Skin Co plasma pen on a daily basis to remove skin tags and moles and I find it gives me excellent results on my clients. I find it comfortable to use and it charges up very quickly. I also find it easy to contact the company via Instagram and they are always very responsive. Highly recommended!

Don't buy plasma pen from the Snowskin Co. !!!!!
They give discount on their page and then they send you a broken stuff just to rip you off. They look for any reason not to refund you. Their policy says you can return this device within 7 days ,no questions asked. I emailed them July 8th to inform I got broken merchandise and it's been 10 days later ,they didn't give me the address where I can send it back.
They ask you a video to show this doesn't work . My phone couldn't send it . So they asked pictures which I sent. Now their excuse is I used the needles! Which I had to try to see how it works! They say I shouldn't use the needles so no refund is allowed. They just play FOOL and mock customers. You just deal with crooks!

I got an broken device but I did get my money back after reaching out to them for 4 days updating this review as a person on live chat helped me out and pushed my case to top of the pile
So far it's not on my card but I got an email stating refund is being issued.

I've used the snow skin co and the plaxer plasma pen,both are amazing but love the plaxer more . I had an amazing experience and Great results. Thanks snow skin co for an affordable device and an amazing results

I have been providing fibroblast as a service for 6yrs, I started using the snow pen 5yrs ago and instantly love it. My clients always get the best results. I also do trainings and give a snow pen to my students and will continue to recommend the snow pen.

Update: In response to the complaint, they sent a similar serviceable product. Satisfied with the quality. I do not know how long it will work, but now the procedure has gone well.

Don’t do it.. it is not worth it ! There is a high risk of getting scars and small holes in the skin that won’t disappear.

I regret deeply that I bought my Snow Skin fibroblast pen. There is not enough information on how to use it.
The first time I used it on my forehead was in august, and I used it on level 4. It healed fast but with no visible effect. I then used it in December on level 7, after I saw a woman using it on the same level in a YouTube video recommended by Snow Skin. Now after 1 month, I have a red line in my forehead that won’t disappear and small holes in the skin. I followed all advices regarding aftercare etc and my skin looks worse than before using it.

Never again.
