Nest at Number 20 Arvostelua

Very helpful during ordering process. Very pleased with the result.
Delivery man was good too and kept us informed

The whole experience was great. Amy is super helpful and knowledgeable, our bespoke item was superbly made, delivered more quickly than our initial expectation and it’s very well made. Can recommend very highly.

Absolutely delighted with my Bespoke Radwell wall unit. I was rather concerned about ordering it unseen but having read other reviews I decided to go ahead. Amy must have been fed up with me asking loads of questions but I needed to make sure the measurements would work. It has lived up to my expectations in quality and looks.
I must also mention the delivery driver (I don't know his name) but he was friendly, efficient and patient.

Beautiful furniture, really well constructed and a perfect colour match.

Purchased the 7ft Radwell TV media unit and could not be happier with the quality of this piece of furniture. Paying the extra amount for the tongue-and-groove backboard was well worth it, it gives the unit a stunning finish. Amy has been so helpful with both confirming the order and arranging delivery which was on time and went smoothly. Overall a great product and excellent service. Thank you!

Fantastic experience - answered all my questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and gave advice on how best to configure the unit for the size I specified.

We have just taken delivery of our 8ft TV unit and genuinely could not be more delighted with it. The unit is stunning, really solid and well made. Being able to choose our own colour was a great touch.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again in the future. Amy was extremely responsive to any questions we had and very open to any modification I requested.
Genuinely an exceptional experience from start to finish!

I ordered a boot room unit which I am absolutely over the moon with. Easy to order and really good communication with Amy throughout the whole process.
Delivery guy kept us updated too with timings.
Would recommend this company.

Amy was really helpful and made great suggestions regarding sizing of shelves etc so everything looked balanced. The unit is gorgeous and gets lots of complimentary comments from friends and family.

Having found Nest at no 20 on internet I was naturally concerned it was legitimate. I shouldn’t have worried, Amy was a fantastic communicator and we had our dresser delivery today. I just can’t stop looking at it, so wonderful. Paid by BACS once delivery had taken place and paid our courier John on site. He was so caring and considerate, making sure the dresser was in our house safely.

Cannot recommend Nest at Number 20, highly enough. Not only is the item of furniture we purchased beautifully made and finished, the customer service we received was also excellent.

The handmade dresser is absolutely beautiful. We were so impressed that they were able to reduce the height from the standard specification to suit our space perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout, from the initial enquiry right through to delivery. Highly recommend!

We’re delighted by the TV dresser we purchased. It’s well made, well priced and looks good. The company was easy to work with, they delivered on time and the process was straightforward.

After getting some quotes for media wall units, we stumbled across Nest At Number 20 & we are very glad we did!
From pre-ordering queries, to adjusting measurements, ordering, all communications and delivery… everything was outstanding!
We are very happy with our new piece of furniture. Fantastic quality and such a reasonable price.

Nest at Number 20 were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Ordering and bespoking our unit was straightforward and nothing was too much trouble.
Amy was prompt to reply to messages and arranged everything - she was lovely to deal with.
We are so pleased with our unit, exactly as we hoped it would be. Great quality and fits the space perfectly. Very happy to recommend them and we would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a bespoke TV unit and couldn’t be more impressed. Amy was incredibly patient, communication was spot-on, and the final piece is absolutely stunning. Top-tier service and craftsmanship—highly recommend Nest at Number 20.

A Brilliant Experience and outstanding bespokeke furniture made for us by Amy's business. Communication has been great and help and assistance has been given throughout the process. The made to measure Media Centre and office furinture were all of excellent quality and design, delivered with care to the room of your choosing on the ground floor and clear instructions on piecing the furniture together. We will enjoy your bespoke creation for many years to come.

I ordered this fabulous unit, my property has difficult access, it was made to order in 6 pieces for my property. Throughout the ordering process Amy was helpful and patient with great ideas on design and practicality, she took my brief and offered me a perfect solution. The unit is amazing, everybody admires it, it’s a great focal point. The quality is outstanding and the price extremely reasonable for a bespoke item. I will be ordering again in the future
Thank you

We ordered two large media units to a slightly smaller size than standard so that they would fit into our alcoves. These were significantly better value than the alternative of built in shelving and cupboards, as well as being painted to our choice.
There was a fairly long wait for production and delivery but it was worth it, we are delighted with the units and the service from both Amy and the delivery company.
Some reviewers have mentioned having to fit the shelves yourself. This is very simple and having them supplied loose with peg holes allows some customisation, I've been able to make and add three more shallow shelves to achieve even more storage, plus the use of Farrow & Ball colours made matching the colour straightforward.
These are great value, being a fraction of the cost of similar units elsewhere. Having been disappointed with the quality of furniture at several High Street furniture stores and other online suppliers it has been a relief to have such a good experience with Nest at Number 20.

Absolutely brilliant service and even more what fantastic pieces of furniture. ordered the 10ft Huge Painted Media Unit, plus The Carlton Triple Wardrobe.
Amy has met our expectations and beyond, Our 10ft Media Unit is Amazing and really adds the finishing touch to our new extension. this has to be one of the best bespoke units at such a reasonable price we have seen.
we also ordered the Carlton triple wardrobe and once again what fantastic quality it looks stunning.
what a pleasant experience once again thankyou.
